Phili cheese steak sub was out of this world! from the first bite to the last.... absolutely delicious. staff was very friendly. facility very clean. on my top ten list for saugerties eateries now!

Bleu Collar Sammie's has been on my radar for quite sometime! Finally today I was able to have the opportunity to give them a try and let’s just say I’m glad I did and I’m sad I waited so long! The Chopped Cheese is hands down the best I’ve ever had and I’m more often than not disappointed with Mac and cheese from anywhere so I was skeptical but it was deliciously gooey, cheesey and very tasty! And for $4 it can’t be beat! All in all a very well spent $20 lunch and I can’t wait to go back!

Everything we have tried has been delicious 😋 LOVE the breakfast bomber, my personal favorite is the veggie scramble. ohhh and the chicken caprese!!! highly recommend 😀

Hidden gem in Saugerties in the most unassuming spot. The sandwiches are ridiculously good. There combo is a crazy good deal. Service is friendly and welcoming. My husband ordered and ran to the beer store, and while I was waiting for him, they brought my order out to the car without us even asking. I would never have expected them to do that. Talk about over and above service. Try the black and bleu... it's mouth-watering-ly good! I keep meaning to try others, but it keeps me coming back. My husband has tried the chop cheese and Philly and both were also bangin'.

I had the Black & Bleu Hot and it was one of the best subs I have ever had👍👍😊😊😊Everything was seasoned, nice n fresh and the flavor combos were outstanding! We are from an hour away from this sub spot and we will definitely be taking the hour ride back just v to grab some subs from here. The sub and sandwich makers were awesome as well and super friendly. Overall an amazing experience definitely a 10😊😊Thank you guys great job!!

Great local sandwich shop! Bleu collar sammies have always served generous portioned subs and deli sandwiches, I always stop in here for my sandwich needs. On my latest visit, I ordered the breakfast bomber and it’s my new favorite sandwich! Smash burger, bacon, fried egg, caramelized onions, 1000 island, in a grilled cheese, is hefty enough to carry you through your entire day. It’s neatly wrapped and cut so there’s no mess and splits perfectly!

My gf and I stopped here for lunch and ordered the Italian Mix. AMAZING sandwich. Lovely shop. Ample parking. And there's a (very) small seating area outside. Would highly recommend it if you're in the area.
