Great milkshake, good fries, decent burger, poor staff interactions. The cooks seem great but the person behind the counter didn’t even look me in the eyes. I arrived to pick my order up and they hadn’t actually started it. I wasn’t told to wait. I wasn’t told that there had been a mistake and they’d missed it. Yesterday I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a shake. I can't be sure if the grass fed burger was chop meat, but I do know this wasn't a typical run-of-the-mill processed burger patty. The fries were homemade because some had skin, those were good too. The shake was made with natural vanilla bean I believe, I could see the black seeds in it, that's how I knew.
Though it cost almost $ 20** it was worth it, I was glad to not eat a dried out processed...

Like 5 guys but more expensive and not as good. The menu said burgers would be cooked medium but all of ours were very well done unfortunately. The fries were okay, thinner cut than 5 guys but similar. Bun sauce was the highlight for me, delightful, but $1 for a small 2oz cup. Good milkshakes.
