We placed an order through DoorDash and upon realizing that we were missing three items, I tried contacting the restaurant and couldn’t get an answer (just a recording saying they were unavailable). I then contacted DoorDash to tell them what occurred. I tried the restaurant again and on my third attempt the call was answered by a young female that sounded very busy and told me she was unable to tell me anything about my order and to contact DoorDash. I then contacted my DoorDash driver and he specifically told me those were the only items the restaurant had waiting for me and apologized. I understand DoorDash is a service, but it doesn’t exempt the responsibility of the restaurant to prepare proper orders, and moreover, be available for contact if necessary. Most of the food we did receive was quite good, with the exception of the eggplant Parmesan dinner being a very small serving. It was very frustrating and left some without a dinner.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews about D’Elias. The Sicilian pizzas are the best in town, the wings are great, the portions are large and the selection is extensive. The owner cares about the product and about the business and it shows. Give it a try.

It's always great to see our old friend Tristan. His wit and charm are only matched by the excellent wings, antipasto and pizza we had. The pasta dishes looked outstanding and enormous.

Dietary restrictions: Ordered a gluten free pizza and paid for it and they never made it and didn’t tell us until after everyone else was done eating. Waitress was very rude as well

Pizza was absolutely disgusting. Advertised as brick oven pizza and it was NOT!! It was under cooked and kinda slimy and like curdled cheese texture. Wings were okay. The salad really what salad for $10. Definitely won't recommend this place.

Cheese pizza from here is steaming hot and real good and service was fast. Had to take one star off for the garlic knots - absolutely sponged in oil and grease. However, I highly recommend this location if anyone is looking for hot pizza in the saugerties area.
