The 2 young guys have kept this Dunkin excellently clean and well-running! The Christmas decorations were fantastic as well; the lightings, the paintings on the glass window, and other things! The restrooms were super clean.

Worse experience ever employees are terrible. Horrible service, they wanted to charge me for ice, a cup of water and for putting my coffee in a bigger cup. And they had Horrible attitude. Also the coffee is the worse dunking coffee I've ever had.

Most are pleasant, attentive and well mannered. Though recently ( since the re-opening) there is a charming female with a negative attitude and quite possibly personal vendetta, against some loyal customers. It's been obvious to other customers that sit with breakfast and observe as well.

I think the management is racist. I know someone who had an interview they waited until the person showed up in person and was clean neat and dressed well, they asked to reschedule. No phone call to reschedule just waited in my opinion to see the person and decided they would put them off. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen. The person was even prompt in time, not late. I just think Dunkin has deteriorated in their quality and their business model. I wouldn’t invest in such a thing maybe it’s time for a gourmet donut shop and coffee shop with a twist in business model. Very sad and owners should be ashamed.
I ordered two iced coffees. It was as if the staff didn’t know if they were working at the counter or the drive through. Went to the car and the lid kept popping off. Went back in to get a new lid. Waited, and waited at the counter with no one even acknowledging me. Finally a dude came close enough. Frustrated that I asked for help. Explained I just need a new lid. He grabbed one, then right in front of me he wiped the inside of the lid on his shirt, over his belly. Gross!!. I called him out on it. A second employee, young, blonde with piercings came up and started talking back to me, as if I am the problem for needing a new lid. While I put the lido , that she gave me, she continued about how I am a problem. Told her to not sass me, respect her elders and keep her mouth shut. She continued her loud talk back as I left. I only came in to get laid, since mine was damaged. Glad I don’t live in that crappy place. Great coffee, rude people.

My to-go order was prepared quickly and stayed warm for long after pick up. My hashbrowns tasted much better than at other Dunkin's. The staff was friendly, and I loved the cute Halloween decorations!

The place has cockroaches and when confronted the night clerk was met with unprofessional conduct and conflict. Nothing like making an unpleasant experience even worse. It would probably be a better experience staying in the parking lot.
