Every single time I order there. Whether it’s through DoorDash or I come to the drive through, you guys forget my straw EVERY time. It’s so simple yet it’s forgotten 95% of the time. You guys gotta do better lol I shouldn’t have to remember to remind you a straw goes with a drink.

Employees are great, don’t blame them but franchise owner to cheap to have enough staff on. Two people trying to manage mornings doesn’t work. Despite ordering app can take a very long time to get your order and the poor staff has a pile of tickets.
The orders are never ready. I have waited over 25 mins.l even when I ordered ahead.

I use phone apps for any sort of fast food specifically for deals and offers. Everytime a offer comes up for dunkin for any food item this dunkin is always out and it wasted my free reward which can't be used again. It's happened 3+ times with different new or limited food items. Every other dunkin I've been to is fine and has the items and I guess actual management.
