I used to really like the Dutch so I was really disappointed on my last experience. The food was terrible as was the service. Never again!

Awesome place! Only been once, but the food was amazing and dessert was to die for. Debbie was our waitress and she was so great, we had a big group and she was super accommodating. Couldn't recommend more!Vegetarian options: Not many, but they're all clearly marked (and our server helped us out a lot in figuring out what substitutions we could make).

Went in here expecting typical pub fare, but the food knocked my socks off. The burgers (Dutch) were perfectly cooked and juicy, and they came with crispy, perfectly seasoned battered fries (why any establishment chooses regular fries over battered is a complete mystery to me). My kids got grilled cheese and chicken bites. I didn't try the grilled cheese (looked great though, and my kid ate all of it, which pretty much tells you all you need to know), but I tried the chicken, and this even more than the other things blew me away. Somehow the chicken dish on the kids menu had the juiciest, most flavorful grilled chicken I've had in years. Just the right amount of salt and again perfectly cooked - I feel bad for my kid since I ate so much of it. This place is a gem.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. Great kids menu - literally. Had all types of puzzles and activities for them, in addition to (as described above) amazing food. And friendly smiles and patience from the staff!

Come for the burgers and beer, stay for the amazing desserts, crafted in-house! Burgers were amazing, juicy, perfectly cooked, and the meat was very tasty. Fries were deliciously crispy. The salad was bright and fresh. We had the Dutch apple pie and chocolate-espresso cheesecake. Both were heavenly and served with homemade whipped cream. We’ll be back!

We were at Saugerties on a Tuesday where most restaurants were closed, We decided to eat at Dutch as it was open along with two other diners in town.We were aware that they are mostly an ale house and their menu ls limited. The Blue Burgers we had for $22 were dry underweight and overcooked definitely not worth the price. We were thankful that they were open and provided food. However the quality of a burger was far below acceptable. I hope they make some improvement. With two additional appetizers and one cocktail it was an overpriced experience.
I usually have the Dutch Onion Soup (made with beef broth) but the soup of the day (corn chowder) sounded too good to resist. I'm so glad I went for it, it was amazing! And the truffle fries are to die for.Vegetarian options: Only a couple veggie options, and they're mainly appetizers.
Amazing experience! And great food! Our server Grace was exceptional even though it was a busy Friday and was by herself! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!

A simple grilled chicken sandwich ended up with a cancelled ski trip and food poisoning. We ended up here when power went out at hunter mountain. Spent all night throwing up.
