Not only does Vanessa keep this place extremely quaint and bougie. The food is wonderful. It changes from time to time, but by far I must say the worlds, greatest coffee, Lovely, cozy interior setting whether you’re alone or with a friend a must try.

Located in a super cute spot down the hill on Partition st, you can grab and go or sit and work. Super friendly staff and very cozy vibes!!

Stopped by a local coffee shop to grab a quick bite and some coffee.
Environment is cool and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is extremely friendly.
Had a Ham, Egg and Cheese Sandwich and Cold Brew and it was above my expectations. Only feedback is that for 2 Coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches came to $40.
We were passing through Saugerties and decided to stop at Josie's Coffee Shoppe. Everyone was so nice and the cappuccino and maple latte we had were perfectly prepared. They do coffee right, and on top of that, the bagel sandwiches we ordered were hot and fresh tasting. You can tell the effort put in stacking the quality ingredients. Finally the Vegan blueberry pancakes were so flavorful, different textures playing together, excellent.
