Good vibes and delicious late night food after Fourtet played in Palenville ~they even had some vegan options for my bestie💚 They have the full menu available until around 11pm! She had an Asian tofu dish and I had a chicken quesadilla. We shared buffalo cauliflower wings as a starter. We pigged out at pigs. Our waitress was super nice. Space felt historic and maybe even haunted.

Food and service were great, but there was a lot of noise coming from the ceiling where we were sitting, like someone was fighting or something in an apartment upstairs? It was a lot of heavy thumps and bangs. Disrupted the feel of our experience and was kind of off-putting.

Their food is so amazing. Southwest Chicken rolls, Angus burger, spicy chicken nuggets, incredible gourmet fries, excellent desserts ( triple chocolate cake my fav.) great cocktails and beautiful hospitality. I had such a great evening.

Just driving through the Hudson Valley and had heard good things, so we stopped. Lovely dinner in a beautiful old building!
Went for dinner and drinks. The food was delicious we had smoked trout and muscles for the apps. The trout was amazing and melt in your mouth. I had the stake sandwich with mac n cheese. My husband had a burger and fries both were delicious and cooked perfect. We each had 2 martinis mine dirty. Everything was great. We went early enough so it wasn't busy we sat right down. It was getting busy as we were leaving which was 8ish. Our sever was nice and attentive.

It's not the best food in saugerties, but it's top three. I am lways happy to eat their. But it is BY FAR the best late night food anywhere in the region. It is just shocking to go into a place at 10:00 p.m. and get delicious Caesar salad that would pass at any good restaurant. The quesadillas are A+. Everything to do here is solid. You'll be very happy. And don't get me started about how cool the staff are. The bartender was so charming and delightful and proficient. If you only have one meal in Saugerties maybe you go to miss Lucy's. But if you have two meals or if you want to eat late or go to a super cool pub context, Pig Bar should be at the top of your list!
