Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place is constantly having issues. No sandwiches being made due to broken toaster or closed bc of w/ever reason seems to be a common theme. This has been going on over a month now. At this point just close down and let a new restaurant come in to service the hungry customers looking to grab a snack on a long road trip. Popeyes do better!!!

Staff is doing their best but only 2 people working during lunch isn’t enough.

Their hours are posted wrong on the website, and they reliably close up earlier than even their actual secret hours. Incredibly rude staff, would love to review their food but I still have no idea when they are open so I will likely never try it.

4 people working there, one doing all the work. Went at 12:40, no French fries were made. Soggy chicken. Never going to this one again. Soggy chicken too.

Customer came up speaking spanish and the employee immediately became visibly annoyed and threw her hands beside herself. Was generally rude to this customer, who to me made it clear what he wanted and handed her cash.

Worker's had really bad attitudes...I was told they didn't have wings and they clearly had wings... Horrible

Never again and they overpriced. Ran out of buns, so they felt they could just borrow from burger king.

Service sucked. Waited 30 mins for some wings just for them to tell us they don’t have sweet and spicy sauce. Also rude and barely had any workers.. save urself some time and go somewhere else

Id give less stars bc I couldn't order. At 9:45 they were closed, and no its not the Kingston one I saw that closes at 11, like the employee replied, its the rest stop location that closes at 11 on google. The Kingston one closes at 10. So im sure the management would love to know they're lying to customers to close early.... or someone's not updated their hours.

Came in today 5/15/25 for lunch waited a few minutes for service (it’s fine only 2 people working there) employee Jennifer had dropped the chicken and failed to inform me that would be at least a 18 minute wait. All she told me was a “few minutes” I figured it wouldn’t be so long. When I politely and respectfully asked Jennifer to please inform us next time how long it would actually take she proceeded to raise her voice at me and my brother.. (there’s witnesses as well as cameras)… that’s how paying customers get treated? Completely unacceptable Jennifer please change your attitude.

I travel through here quite often. I always try to stop at the Popeyes because I like the food. However, service is always so debilitatingly slow that it does not make sense for me to wait. I end up going to Burger King.

Stood for 30 min and they didn’t even start the order. Nobody cares- they all hang out with eachother on front of Burger King.. be ready to spend an hour just to have cold food
