Wonderful setting out back, in a quaint garden type setting. Our dog had shade & water as we enjoyed a lovely lunch. The seating is spacious, with other outdoor areas & indoor seating at table or bar. Portions are generous, great menu & staff attentive. First time guest & hope to return next time in the area. Prices are reasonable with ample parking as well.

The food was very good! I have dietary restrictions to celiac disease and they were very accommodating I highly recommend this restaurant!

Google at the time said Stella's closes at 10 pm.Got there at 9:15 pm, and cashier proudly says, "We close at 9!"She told owner about Google hours, and he said, "Sorry sir."Arrived at 9:30 pm at Sawyer Ice Cream, which closes at 9 pm.Cashier said, "It wouldn't be fair not to serve you since we just served other folks."What more is there to say. Google is half your life line. Your ability to be human is the other.

Good ice cream place at Main Street Saugerties. Quantity is less compared to other places, but the price is less too..

This seems like a nice place, open air dining available, but our experience just wasn't that good maybe due to our waitress. It started off OK, getting our food and beverage ordered, but once it was delivered it all went downhill. The waitress never checked on us, we had no opportunity to order another beverage, had to track down our check, and finally another person got us checked out...And yes our initial waitress was still there. Also, only place I ever ordered a shrimp cocktail that was room temperature and not served cold with ice. You might take a chance with this place if you are lucky enough to get a decent server.

On a Sunday night, this was one of the few places open for dinner in the downtown area. It was an outside location with heaters, but it was still chilily. Food was pub type and average, service was good.

Not fancy, but very tasty! I had the grilled chicken sandwich, served with a side salad. On ciabatta bread warm and fresh. Chicken was thin sliced instead of a big hunk, which was well seasoned and perfect. Salad was romaine with light dressing and lots of grated parmigiana cheese. Husband had tomato, fresh mozzarella sandwich also on ciabatta. He loved it and he’s usually a burger guy. Service was excellent and dogs are allowed in outdoor seating area. Big plus is plenty of parking in the back.

After a short hike, we needed to find a lunch establishment that could accomodate my family -- including my dog. Stella's Station offers a small front dining area or back patio where diners can have their dogs with them. Not only did they accommodate our four legged friend, the quality of their food and friendly service means we will visit again and recommend others to try Stella's. GREAT fries, sandwiches and the Stella's Famous Salad really is famously delicious (and big!).

I live locally to this restaurant and have stopped in for a drink or burger at times in the past. Food is usually ok but the only real reason you’d eat here is the outdoor seating. Last night we had a family from California fly in to visit for the week and decided to eat at Stella’s so they could get a feel for the village while enjoying a meal. We had a party of eight which they could not accommodate because moving two tables together is “against policy.” I even asked one of the managers about being able to move a table four feet so we could all talk with one another and he said it could not be done because it creates too much extra work for the employees…the place was half empty. His demeanor came off as cocky and dismissive. The burgers we were served resembled a hockey puck. A couple of people sent them back and were once again disappointed in what they received. My wife took one bite and just decided to wait until she got back home to eat. My wife and I were simply embarrassed that we would suggest eating at such a place to people who have never been to Saugerties before. Luckily there are many other restaurants in the village that we’ve always had good experiences at which we will no doubt choose next time.

We had lunch here. Burgers & Beer - I had the Philly Cheese Burger. Very good burger ($12). A full list of sandwiches, wraps & burgers all int he $12 range. Choice of salad or fries with your burger. Very good service and value. They have outdoor dining. It's within walking distance of the center of town. We would go back.
