The order taking system is horrendous. Do not waste your lunchtime here unless you want to spend an hour online. Not because the store is packed but because everyone’s working super slowly. This is not ok. Bring back registers. No reason one person is taking everyone’s orders. I have no menu to look at while I’m waiting online. This is so idiotic

The service at this place is the worst! They open at 6:30 AM and yet all the employees spend time catching up on their last night‘s activities for the first hour of opening. So any orders placed between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM for pick up never get done until you get there. I’ve placed two orders the past two Saturdays at 6:45 AM for a pick up because obviously when you do pick up, you have somewhere to be. I get there at 7:10. They haven’t even started the orders. So I’m walking out of there at 7:30, which is insane! They’re so busy talking and gossiping that they are not paying any mind to the orders coming through. They need to get it together or get a new staff. There are a way to make Chick-fil-A popping up in the area and they will start to lose business.

Wait here is insanely long. They have one person taking the order in the line is out the door while everyone else is standing around. Once the water is taken then you have to wait 20 minutes for the food to come with no option for them to bring it to you. Managers just stand around looking lost
