We absolutely LOVE Chick-Fil-A. They have the best chicken sandwiches and fries. We have been waiting for a location around us to open and when they did, we were very happy. This was our first time going and the service was spectacular. The person that took care of us there was Kenia. She was very polite and made sure our table was clean and that we had enough to drink. When you place the order through the app, you can scan the QR code on the table so the staff knows where to bring the food. And if you’re missing anything, you can ask someone for assistance, which we didn’t even have to do because Kenia was so attentive. Great service!

Operator Joshua Riley provided the worst customer service at store #05021. He was very rude and condescending. His tone was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. I will never return to the store, and I will never recommend Chick-fil-A to my friends and family. The worst customer service experience the Scarsdale location I’ve ever encountered by rep called Joshua Riley. When I attempted to place my order, he was dismissive. After placing my order, he informed me of the total. I provided him with the coupon I had, he informed me that the order was not eligible for a discount because I had ordered a premium meal. Having to explain to him that I’d be responsible for the difference, I had to make him understand. After this, he informed me that he’d have to cancel my order due to the fact that it is not part of the special. After paying the difference, he took my coupon and walked away without acknowledging that my order had been placed. When I explained to him that I did not like his tone and attitude, he responded by asking how was his tone. I responded that it was very abrasive, he replied that it was okay. I was very confused and embarrassed by the poor customer service and feedback by Joshua Riley. He should never represent The face of Chick-fil-A. I checked My order after I left the store and I noticed my order was incorrect. In order to ensure that no one has to experience this again, I had to share my experience with Google Views

Chick-fil-A simply knows what they're doing. I stopped here for lunch for take-out during a very busy time. Yet, my order was taken as soon as I entered, and the food was prepared moments later. It was packaged neatly, and the entire order was correct. Oh, and the chicken sandwich with fries was fresh, warm, crispy, and simply delicious. This is why people keep coming back.
