Never seen a chipotle run out of white rice before, I just walked straight out. Workers at this location do not care.

It’s as bad as the other reviews. The attitude from employees, the incompetence, etc. Explain to me how a Chipotle runs out of CHICKEN until they make more? Absolutely incredible and not typical of Chipotle
Wife and I went here before a road trip. We got horrible food poisoning, sick for days, with horrible diarrhea, vomiting, fever, headache and nausea. I used to be such a loyal customer when I was younger. Can’t ever see myself going back to Chipotle any time soon.

For far too long I’ve cut this place slack. I’ve reached out to corporate about it, and no improvements have been made. They are constantly out of main ingredients by dinner time, and the excuse of renovation is long gone. They don’t have food, utensils, or even a friendly attitude in there. Stay away.

Chicken was burned. I don’t know why you’d you even serve it like that. 7:30 pm they ran out of everything, didn’t have a lot of food I wanted. Really disappointed. Would’ve gave it a zero if I could. And I paid for double burned chicken.

I went to the store in the morning around 10:45AM on October 28 (Monday). The staff saw me entered into the store and shouted: go !!! go out!! get out of here!". I said politely: is the store open? They said: no! go out!! I am so disappointed about their attitude. It is so strange they can get through all of the hiring procedure. I hope the manager can investigate it. Otherwise, you will lose all of your costumers.

I arrived at 10:45 to get lunch for my son. The web site hour stated that they open at 10:45. The person preparing food saw me and said "we are not open". So I asked "when will you open?" She had earphone on and turned away from me. 5 min later, she finally said "10 min later". Another 5 min passed, another Chipotle person came and I asked again. She said with an attitude "we need 15 min"... I just left.
They need To hire better cleaning staffs.

Other than one bad meal.. this location has been consistently great! We order on the app and it’s ready to go when I arrive. Our go to spot for last minute dinner on a late work night. My son also loves the White Plains location. ???
