Served nasty old tomatoes 🤢 i ordered on uber eats don't know why the hell they gave me this location. The one in cross county is much better.

Placed a pick up order and it was mainly rice. Was not aware until I opened it at home. It was kind of ridiculous and makes me think that these videos on TikTok are correct. When you order and store they give you the proper serving online orders you’re supposed to take what you get. SMH.

Better than I thought. They actually season the food. I used to go to ones in Los Angeles , these in New York are better

I know they are kids. I know they work hard for the minimum wage. But the owner of this Chipotle seriously needs to retrain their staff! I won't waste my money in this location again. Everything about their custoner service just sucks.

Horrible Experience – Never Again
I placed an order on Chipotle.com with a scheduled pickup time of 8:30 PM. I arrived at 8:35 PM, and my order was nowhere near ready. The cashier told me it would be just a few minutes because they were still cooking the steak.

I waited for 30 minutes, only to watch the cashier run to the back, laughing with his friends, and then start cooking the steak. Seriously? At that point, I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t process it because I ordered through Chipotle.com.

I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I later found out the manager was hiding in the back because she doesn't speak English. No problem—I speak Spanish. But honestly, it was clear she had no control over her staff. One employee (a young Black woman) was dancing around, mocking customers and laughing. The grill guy was on his phone the whole time, not even attempting to cook, and I overheard the manager saying they had nothing prepared.

The entire team was unprofessional, rude, and completely unbothered by the chaos. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location, but it will absolutely be my last. I love Chipotle, but you’ve lost me as a customer.

Not sure what’s going on at this Chipotle . Go to order food, but they didn’t have chicken and told the wait is 20 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting they start to make the bowl, but wait, now they don’t have white rice! How long for the rice, and they say another 20 minutes!?!?! Ask for the manager who is rude and her response is we’re not perfect. Don’t need to be perfect to keep food in stock. Terrible service!!!

I had to drive from the Dobbs ferry Chipotle to this one just to get vinaigrette and when I get to this one I had to wait for the chicken to be done so i asked the person who served me for 2 vinaigrette and told her what happened she was so nice ! I will be back thank you

I wasn’t informed that there wasn’t lettuce in the beginning of my ordering. I came to chipotle for a bowl, really wanted lettuce… came to the end ? Guess what? No lettuce. Really should be informed on what they don’t have before someone starts ordering.

Service is ok they are young, not that friendly, and I love the food a little of everything (rice bowl rice pintos honey chicken or steak salad on top and tomato mix 😋
