This place often just doesn’t prepare my online order and I end up paying for the meal but needing to run and catch the train without getting my food. If you cannot do online orders effectively don’t offer them

I get dunkin most mornings right before I get the train & they are very quick with making it. One day the train pulled up and I needed to leave before they had handed me my coffee--I wasn't angry about it, I just accepted the loss because I really needed to make this train for time reasons. The kind lady working there actually ran all the way up to the train door just to give me the coffee. She really didn't have to do that--above and beyond service!
