starting with the most important: the food is amazing. delicious. flavorful, spicy when needed, mild when desired, this place is perfect at curating the best dishes.
next: the staff. the people here are courteous, kind, funny, and personable. They are there at a moments notice to provide you with what you need, whether that’s a fork because you’re terrible with chopsticks, or extra spicy mayo.
and last: the aesthetic. this place is beautifully decorated and curated for the perfect experience. It is gorgeous with its decorations, the way the space is utilized, and its ambiance.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone, and I bring all of my friends and family here. And we all leave with the same thought: wow.

This place sucks. It took them 40 minutes to tell us we still have to wait for our simple order to arrive I ordered salmon family roll and sushi dinner deluxe. I tried to tell them I just want check and leave. We took it to go, upon arrival home and attempted to eat it - salmon on my rolls was smoked not raw. Unacceptable for a local Scarsdale sushi place.

The food here was amazing! We had the crab Rangoon, the peppercorn squid and the Szechuan spicy wontons. Every appetizer was so delicious and fresh. Our waiter Jung was so nice and had quick service. He was so sweet and gave great service. Our entrees were just as good. The chicken and broccoli was incredible. We will definitely be back here! Best date night!

Lunch date with coworker. The restaurant was decently busy for a weekday. Coworker and I ordered lunch specials which came with a choice of either salad or soup, and shared a sushi dish. Food was very good. We did knock the roe of the sushi - did not dig the texture or taste, but the actual sushi roll was delish. I had leftovers to take home 😀. Hadn't been here since before covid and happy to report it is still a good choice. Good amount of seating. Parking can be a bit tricky at busy times.

Spent over 30minutes waiting for food and when it did come they spent time asking if they can remove the plates.
Food was good but the service was less than one star.

New opening— raw chicken, down grade. Not the same crew.. bummer

Typical Chinese restaurant with much better interior design and higher price. But food is so so...
The servers try their best to be friendly, but there are lapses. This happens when service is mechanical or perfunctory.
After they closed for 6 months, I heard fire from kitchen, nothing seemed changed. But servings got smaller, and food quality deteriorated. Chicken in their chicken broccoli is tough. Sweet potato roll, the potato is touch. In the past, it was delish. But I still like their place.

Absolutely loved this Japanese sushi and soup restaurant! The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Their miso soup was warm, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine!

Excellent experience at Haiku eastchester! Delicious food, good service, and quiet ambiance. Highlights: Pad tai and Mongolian steak with buk choy. The dumplings were tender and flavorful. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

It used to be a 3.5 star in quality but has dropped to a 2.5 to 3. Quality of fish is fine - not bad though not memorable either. The rice is a bit cold - good sushi chefs focus on at least room temperature and ideally warm rice to enhance the fish flavor. Not this place. Here it is better than cold rice- it is not like grocery store sushi out of a fridge… but it’s still cold as of made two hours ago. There is hot food too - mostly fried stuff which I didn’t try. On the positives - The place is clean and service is prompt. Wine selection by glass is just limited with bad/cheap wine. I wish they had a few better choices even if more expensive rather than airline quality. Beer and sake choices are better but also limited in variety. Overall I would rather drive longer but go to a better place even if a bit more expensive. (Or don’t eat sushi but a cheaper cuisine at a different restaurant)
