Earlier tonight, I visited this place for the first time with my nephews. Aiden welcomed us warmly when we arrived. I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks, and they were incredibly tasty. I enjoyed a perfectly cooked classic burger, and I wrapped up my meal with some fried Oreos.
The addition of EDM music by the DJ was a fantastic element. This made me feel a warm city atmosphere after work.
I will certainly return.

Ignoring customers at your pick up window is no way to conduct business. Are you a government agency or public sector restaurant? It's happened more than a few times. Will not be ordering from here any longer. The help is very snooty and unapologetic for sure. Maybe they should relocate to Manhattan where that kind of attitude would be suitable.

Greek chicken : delicious feta-lemon sauce, very well balanced. Vegetables were fresh with a good texture (crunchy yet tender). Kalamata olives twice the quantity we expected, lovely !
Warm welcome from the bartender, good service in general. Lights are dim, this is comfortable.

First time I ordered takeout the ribs were excellent. The second time, they were tough and had a funny taste, like they were old. The price is not worth the random consistency. Won't be coming back.

Service date 11-7-24 2 hours before closing. I'm from Florida. My boyfriend is born and raised new York. We came back last minute for a life scary reason regarding his dad. So I'm used to everything being laid back and casual and of course I found nothing about new York common with home until tonight. I was near panic attack and we stopped in to this place and although the decor was all too modern the bartender working quickly welcomed us in and settled us in with some easy conversation. We ordered a couple glasses of wine and before you knew it he was introducing us to Brandon who is another local and we made quick friends. 2024 was a turbulent year for me in Florida, from the fires in spring to all the hurricane activities. This unexpected health scare to new York and dropping in to this wonderful gem was just what I needed. Florida is the hospitality state and I believe the bartender at Jackie b's could retire if he could sell his craft in a bottle. The atmosphere is welcoming, we did not eat however we saw people eat their entire plates in 4 minutes flat, and the food is a lot! Sammy, if you are reading this.
