Quality of their products are not good, not fresh meats

$21, good meats, fast service. I can’t think of a better KBBQ place nearby. Char was super attentive and very nice to us!

I never write critiques of restaurants but the server at Kpot made my dining experience so fantastic, thank you Naeem for not only making the time spent fun but the food was delicious, everybody needs to come to Kpot!

All u can eat in a relaxing setting at KPot. We had BBQ-hotspot combo dinner with fresh ingredients. Orders through tablet came very quickly and felt very efficient. For the choices of quality meat and seafood, it's a great deal for 2 hours of enjoyment. Parking is very easy. The LED lightning is really cool. And they have larger tables for party of 10 and maybe more. And the service team is excellent !! Highly highly recommend 👍

My family came here for my husbands birthday, and we could not have been more satisfied with everything! The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious, our server Naeem went above and beyond for us in every way! He was so kind, funny, knowledgeable and thorough. I have a dairy allergy and he helped me navigate the menu! This was my first time trying k-pot and I already can’t wait to come back. Even while he was training a new employee, Natalie (who was also the sweetest person!) he maintained the highest standard of professionalism and customer service. I will be asking for him every time we come back! 110% recommend this place!

This was my first time trying Korean hot pot and I'm so glad we came to this KPot location! Our server Naeem was so friendly, funny and kind. He explained how everything worked, gave personal recommendations from the menu and came to the table often to check in on us. Even the trainee Natalie was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here very, very soon!

Had amazing time at this magical establishment unlimited steaks for a good price can't beat that anywhere else and my waiter Sierra did amazing job. Usually you have to cook yourself here but she took her time and made me the best dinner I had. She got the lettuce wrap and put beef and garlic shrimp all together wrapped it up and wow !!! Definitely coming back

We have been to KPot at Bronx and New Haven. Do not recommend to come here as the BBQ pot is NOT hot. Cooking very slow. Compared to other KPot location. (You would imagine the franchise use same equipment but this one is just not hot)

Waited 15-20 min and plate is lukewarm and takes a long time to cook. (See video after 5 min)

We took guest from Boston to try this and it is disappointing
