Misa was such a sweet server! The One Piece collabs and previous collabs was so great I hope they keep doing more! Misa was one of the first servers who I felt like knew about the collab and didnt give us a look like they had no idea what we were talking about 😂! Thank you!

Tati and Vic were really helpful when we were asking about the Kura collab events. Sushi is good as usual. Anime fan paradise if you got a thing for conveyor belt sushi. I come with a friend all the time for the collabs and sushi and will probably keep going if they keep the good things coming.

My family had a great time at Kura. We went at 7:30 on a Sat and had a reservation. We waited only 10 mins to be seated which was great considering how busy they were. We had to have the ordering screen reset for us but they were prompt and very friendly. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Food is decent but the service is lackluster. There's never enough workers at any time I've come. They're lucky that the sushi delivery service is automated..maybe they should automate a few more workers. FYI, there's already 1 robot anyway.

Great food and atmosphere. Pick up sushi off the conveyor or order from the board. The price of $4.00/plate is very fair. Lots of fun. Looking forward to my fourth visit.

I am disappointed in writing this as I absolutely loved the sushi the first few times I have visited. Sadly, the quality in all aspects has gone down significantly. In my last visit, I walked in and not a single plate of sushi or rolls were on the conveyor. The poor waitress was the only one working with several tables and looked like she had no support whatsoever. When asking about the sushi, she just advised to order off the screen and she would get a manager (who never came). Mid-meal, a new server waited on us.

My niece ordered a tamago and when she bit into it, she felt something funny in her mouth. It was a piece of plastic wrapped. When we told the server, he apologized and said he would not charge for the single plate. In my opinion, more could've been done as it is a definite hazard to ingest non-food items at a restaurant. It will be quite some time before I come here again, which saddens me.

I honestly love Kura, I’ve even been to the original Kura in Japan. However the Scarsdale location takes the cake on service and hospitality! Vic is our favorite server who always pays special attention to our order. I would highly recommend kura for great food and service
