Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

Usually I don’t leave bad reviews bc of the unreasonable service & customers arrangement. But this particularly branch, with its massive customer flow, could do WAY better. We were told to wait 35 mins and as it approached, we were called by system to be nearby and presented whole group entirely. However, when we arrived, there are another 45 mins to wait…… Is that what you called “ approach “ ??? As you can see from the pic, there are at least 15 customers who had the same situation had to stay for over 40 min in a cold winter evening- and was told there waiting time has “approached” will be seated in 15 mins…many of them are complaining.

If this is what you mean by “approaching / within 15 min”, the whole system and staff at this store should be fixed as well as retrained, due to its highly disrespectful for every customer’s time and energy. This also extremely affects my experience and appetite, even though I am a regular customer at Kura, but this particular store made me had a second thought.

Terrible customer service. When we checked in on the app it said 25 minutes so we headed right over...90 minutes later we were still waiting. The staff is completely incompetent and the place is dingy. Nothing like the locations in

It's a novelty, nothing more. A conveyor belt delivering overpriced, low quality, sushi. If you’re a big eater, you'll leave not only with an empty stomach, but an empty wallet also. Don't bother

Came in for a lunch, was very excited to see what the hype was about! The novelty of this was exciting, waiting to see what options would appear. We weren’t motivated by the prize system so that didn’t determine our choices. The quality of the food overall was pretty uninspiring, not bad, just unfortunately not worth the money. Again, the waiter robot was great for a novelty, but unfortunately that’s what this is best for.

A fun place and the staff is excellent! If you want good sushi then this isn't my first recommendation, but perfect if you want a fun place to hang out and snack.

We love sushi and have visited this place many times. Recently, the service has been going downhill. During our last visit, since Kura had removed the wasabi from the table, the pink-haired host told us she would bring us some when she seated us. We saw her laughing and joking around, but no wasabi for us. Twenty minutes later, I had to remind her about the wasabi, and she said she would bring it right away, which was, of course, another joke. After thirty minutes, we had to ask the second waitress, who was an Asian lady. She immediately brought us the wasabi. The experience caused by one single employee was very unpleasant. We are not sure that we will come back.

Love this place. It was so much fun. The food is delicious. The servers are friendly and attentive. Great place if you are looking for a new adventure.

Dietary restrictions: They have each sushi roll and all menu items ingredients right on the ordering screen. And if you're not sure, they will find out for you

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have tables that a wheel chair can roll up to.

It's an interesting experience fun for the family very Americanized sushi get there early cuz they don't take reservations and there is a 40 to 45 minute wait. The staff are good there they don't do very much for you aside from bringing your drinks and the check everything else is done through the tablet kiosk. I would say it's a good place for families to go but make sure you get there with plenty of time.

Parking: It's a huge parking lot for the entire complex

Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid-friendly place they give you a toy at the end of your meal

This place is more novelty then good sushi, we were sitting in one of the seatings at the end of the belt and almost nothing popular would get to us and we would have to place a seperate order for each item we wanted. It was cumbersome and not worth the 3 pieces at a time, so the fun was taken out of the experience. Would have been less stressful and much easier if we went someplace placed our order and got what we wanted all at once. If they want to seat you at the end of the belt wait for a better spot, you will be frustrated seeing the sushi come out and only empty dishes when it gets to you ! Oh and the sushi was mediocore at best. Tiny sloppy servings

A bit of wait (45 minutes) but worth it. As it got later, the wait time went up. The food was delicious, the concept is super fun with the kids and this particular month was Anime themed.
