Came in for a lunch, was very excited to see what the hype was about! The novelty of this was exciting, waiting to see what options would appear. We weren’t motivated by the prize system so that didn’t determine our choices. The quality of the food overall was pretty uninspiring, not bad, just unfortunately not worth the money. Again, the waiter robot was great for a novelty, but unfortunately that’s what this is best for.

We love sushi and have visited this place many times. Recently, the service has been going downhill. During our last visit, since Kura had removed the wasabi from the table, the pink-haired host told us she would bring us some when she seated us. We saw her laughing and joking around, but no wasabi for us. Twenty minutes later, I had to remind her about the wasabi, and she said she would bring it right away, which was, of course, another joke. After thirty minutes, we had to ask...
