Generally slow, which is expected but frustrating when they drop making your order to take care of a friend who walks in, making it even slower. I've walked out on orders when it has happened.

1.5 hours* to deliver the driest sandwich the entire NorthEast has to offer? Are you guys ok?

Delivery was inexplicably increased by 30 minutes from its orignal expected time with no explanation whatsoever. When I asked the delivery driver what the reason was, he responded, “I don’t know.” (Poetic, huh?)

Pretty disappointing for a place that seemingly has great reviews. I would start with fresh bread.

Tried for the first time today and was not disappointed. I’d put those chicken cutlets up against anything on Arthur Ave or anywhere for that matter. Also, the bread was phenomenal too. Will definitely return.
