It seems like a very nice place, however I’ve ordered through the mobile app twice now since I work in the area and get short breaks or lunch. I’ve ordered in the morning for breakfast and in the afternoon for lunch. My lunch experience was horrible as I ordered in advance and I didn’t get my order for an hour. Today I ordered for breakfast, which is not too busy at that time 7:40am and waited 20 minutes and there was not a single person inside the restaurant who had placed any orders around me who could have also placed an order. Both of these were for rapid pick up and it was not rapid at all and I understand the businesses can get busy. The staff is lovely, but the service time is not good at all.

May 13, 2025 Scarsdale Location NY An 4oz Courtesy cup was given to me by a server after ordering my meal while waiting for my order I was asked by the manager Anthony what was in the cup I replied lemonade he stated your only allowed water and demanded to throw it out and charge me for a regular cup This was very unprofessional of him he should of suggested In future to keep that in mind there are no signs in the store stating a courtesy cup is only for water.

I was coordinating a lunch for my physicians today. I could not get my order right on the app. I called the Scarsdale store and spoke with the Manager, Peter. Peter was an absolute God send! He helped place my order, made sure I had drinks, and labeled the entire order for ease. He even packed utensils and napkins!! Peter went above and beyond to make my lunch a success! Big thanks and kudos to him and his staff. You have a lifetime customer in me!

I would give zero stars. I was there on Saturday evening between 8:00 - 8:30 PM. Bad customer service. Restrooms were filthy. Service was slow. Staffs were lazy. Cashier told me that I don’t have pennies which I was expecting one penny to get my change back after I paid for my food, but gave me a dime. Salad tasted salty. Food was pricey and the soup portions were small and told them I want a little more which the manager did. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.
