I called the location phone number and the manager was not only apologetic and accountable, he also offered to deliver the remaining items to my door himself. It seems like a very nice place, however I’ve ordered through the mobile app twice now since I work in the area and get short breaks or lunch. I’ve ordered in the morning for breakfast and in the afternoon for lunch. My lunch experience was horrible as I ordered in advance and I didn’t get my order for an hour. Today I ordered for breakfast, which is not too busy at that time 7:40am and waited 20 minutes and there was not a single person inside the restaurant who had placed...
