Worst place a ever been too. Place was semi closed only for pick up or delivery. The customer service was incredibly terrible. Very slow to make the pizza and very disorganized. To serve like this it would be better to close the location. They are killing the brand. I had to cancel the order.

Ordered online at 10 AM for 6 PM pick up. Been here for 45 minutes, spoke with manager Jumura four times, initially told me couldn’t find my order, then telling me to just wait, giving me attitude for asking what’s my ticket number, eventually told me not to ask any more because my food is in the oven. What an experience. No more.

The service has significantly deteriorated. There's no longer any table service, and the staff conveyed this information with a less-than-enthusiastic attitude. The dine-in experience has completely vanished, transforming it into essentially a takeout pizza joint.
Given this significant decline in service and ambiance, I find the current pizza prices to be unjustified. I would strongly recommend considering other options for a sit-down dining experience.

Ordered food for me and my daughter yesterday. Luckily she was fine but Tariq made my food and mind you this is my first time eating here, I asked him if he made my food and he said yes. I told him okay if it’s bad I’ll remember your name. So here I am with stomach pains and called out of work because of this food. Not recommended.
I ordered a pizza the other day I ate it thinking it was going to be good the next day I started throwing up they sell old toppings or already used toppings that is DISGUSTING this place needs to be shut I’ve never thrown up so much from pizza in my life!

I ordered a pizza in the store. She told me the pizza pie was $15.99. Then I looked at my recipe and it was 27.59 for 1 pizza pie. I quickly told the manager I need a refund because I didn't know it was that much. She said she can't give me a refund because they are already making it. Once she said that then I thought how could they make it that fast. I don't recommend anyone to go to this pizza hut ever unless they are rich.
