What we asked for vs What we got. This is also after a sit down in person meeting to discuss and photos exchanged discussing expectations. So many negative comments from guests about the presentation versus the price paid. Never had any follow up from them except offering me 20 percent off of my next order. Very disappointing and embarrassed at our family event. This was a while ago and these were 75, 80 dollars each. I was more or less blamed because I could not pick up the cakes myself and sent a family member. As though I could refuse the order hours before the event. Would not return.

absolutely amazing. Had the best dessert I probably have ever tasted in my entire life. The cupcakes were moist and soft, and the frosting was delicious, yet not heavy. Definitely definitely definitely recommend.

Saw the cake box in a friend's fridge and Googled it and was curious to check it out myself. Was not disappointed, I went on a Wednesday and look forward to going back next time on the weekend when I'm assuming there will be more choices.Go see for yourself it is worth a trip and then go back.

Wow! Amazing service and amazing desserts! We ordered cake, cupcakes, cookies, and cake pops for our daughter’s engagement party and everything surpassed our high expectations. Every item was beautifully decorated and delicious. Friends & family are still raving about them. And the staff there could not have been nicer.

I ordered cupcakes and "pupcakes" (for doggies) as a gift to be delivered to a friend's home. The cupcakes, I was told, were beautiful and delicious and they loved the pupcakes too!!! My only note to Smallcakes is to try and find a better way to communicate the fact that a gift was being sent. Deliveries are made through Grubhub and I put a gift message in the "Delivery instructions" box on the order I placed on Yelp - however, that message was never communicated to the recipient and she didn't know who the cupcakes were from. Your cupcakes are fabulous and more people may send them to others as gifts - so it would be great to ensure that a gift message can be delivered along with the cupcakes. I can't wait to try one myself!!!!

The customer service at this place is very unprofessional. I wanted to place an order for my daughter's birthday party. Unfortunately, when I requested a simple change to my order I did not receive a response. After several emails with no response, I realized that I had to find another vendor to place my order. . They did not even had the courtesy to respond to my email to say that they were no longer interested in fulfilling my order. Luckily, I was able to place an order last minute with another bakery and I can honestly say that their cupcakes were better.
