My favorite neighborhood Starbucks! I pass at least two on my way there, the staff is always nice and welcoming. I came in for some last minute gift cards for the holiday but couldn’t leave without a hot chocolate it was busy but the staff still made my personal experience amazing.

I usually don’t come to this location but I stopped by this morning because I was in the area. The service here compared to other locations stands out and I wanted to pay a compliment specifically to Quay and Shy; they were so welcoming and greeted each customer really nicely :)

Coffee is always decent (not bad and not exceptionally good). Service is complete hit or miss. Sometimes you get the nicest person greeting you and other times you are just waiting for someone to take your order while being the only person in the store and the employees are just minding their own business (no greeting or acknowledgement of your presence). Also, tables are always dirty.

This is my morning stop before I leave for work. I have to say, for a while there I was avoiding this stop. The wait for DT was horrible the people seemed miserable and inside the mornings looked like a stampede of cattle had been through it. But! Over the last few weeks the employees, though they don't seem happier, who can blame them, they're more determined, the wait seems shorter and the inside is cleaner there's a new person there I never saw and she/he? is definitely part of it very hands on even directing the other employees so they're moving efficiently. They have light speckled glasses with tattoos if that helps. They're always moving fast so I haven't gotten a good look. There's also a tallish guy with brown hair who is great!

Unfortunately everytime I order here, the coffee doesn’t taste good or something else isn’t up to par.. today I ordered a venti summer skies and there’s maybe 5 boba’s in it…the drink cost almost 8 dollars and the best part is the boba. Very disappointed

I usually stop in to the drive-thru on Sundays and see Ryan who is such a breath of fresh air. Ryan is so kind and complimentary! My order is always correct whilst being very busy inside. I appreciate the amazing service! I hope Ryan gets recognition and a generous raise for their terrific work. ☺️

I’m reading the comments and cannot believe any because I come here every morning at the drive thru and the staffs are absolutely the best , great customer service , they great you so pleasantly and always wearing a smile even one time I had an incident where they charge my card plus took my points out by mistake and they fix the situation with the most amazing service
