Hayden made my day. This is my daily regular Starbucks and Senel and Mark usually take care of me and know my drink preferences. Today Hayden took care of me and when I asked for a new lid as the lid on my Mocha was loose and spilled coffee down my shirt - he immediately made me a new drink entirely. The service here at this Starbucks location is above the usual good expectations. Thank you team!

This place is amazing!! They are a very small store right next to a train station. They have lovely staff members. Sometimes the music will be too loud in the lobby, but other than that the atmosphere is very peaceful despite how busy they get. One day I completely messed up my order and the lovely barista remade my drink despite the rush she was in. I love this store!!

bird poop outside on my table. no one seemed to care when i noted it and asked for water to clean it. Seems from the dried cup mark with sticky stuff like 10+ customers were there before it had last been cleaned. Not a busy staff from what I can see. Nice job if you're up for hanging out perhaps.

Indifferent staff to the point it feels like they’re doing you a favor. Maybe staff is underpaid since a tip is somehow expected for doing what staff is hired to do. If that’s the issue for the poor attitude, maybe staff should take it up with Starbucks billionaire boss and not expect paying customer to pay employees.

Fine Starbucks. However online orders meant we waited for 30 minutes for a drink with 2 people in line. Staff seemed overwhelmed.

I came in five minutes before closing, and I just wanted to get a cookie. As I walked in I heard the employees saying stuff like "are you serious", when they were still open. I get it, it can be annoying but i didn't want anything more than a pre-prepared, not warmed up, cookie to go. I understand it can be annoying, but to make those comments to a customers face, I just hope next time those employees aren't there when I come back, if I come back.
