Despite the lack of a line, this place is so very slow. Arrived 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, and they hadn’t even bothered to heat the food yet. And it’s not the first time I’ve encountered this at this location.

This is my regular Starbucks it has been for years mainly because it's on my way to work in the morning on my way home in the evening over the past couple of years this Starbucks went downhill drastically it was always filthy the employees miserable and confused I don't know I don't know if it's because of the new CEO or something else but over the past 3 or 4 weeks this location is got to be exponentially better the drink consistency is great much better than the Starbucks nearby and near my job in the city. The atmosphere seems professional not in disarray like before and even when there's a line it seems to move quick enough that my initial apprehension to wait turns to surprise that I got out faster than I had anticipated. The tall employee with the tattoos is great he really steps in when some of the other people are catatonic and even reminds the other employees of what they're supposed to be doing, i.e., making a drink order or retrieving food. This location is so much better that I don't even bother stopping at the one near Burlington anymore even if I'm going to that shopping center and even if I'm going to the bookstore which also has a Starbucks in it. If you've avoided this location recently, go back.

5 stars! Such an amazing team working there. I came into the store with 31 campers. Nathan, Alysse, and Mischelle were so kind and went above and beyond. My campers literally said they could taste the love in the food and drinks . Thank you.

The manager of this store who goes by the name Manny!I must say he is very rude, poor customer service, and he doesn't make you feel welcomed. As a loyal customer of starbucks for a few years now.. If this is what starbucks stands for this location will be going downhill in no time. Starbucks really need to do better with who they let manage there store.

Another disappointment! The store closes at 3PM now. Was this a financial decision? A customer service decision? We always go after work and now we have to go somewhere else. No, we don't think so. We going to take our business elsewhere. This Starbucks is a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a beverage or two. Nice people came here. The evening baristas were wonderful people and now there's no more Starbucks after 3PM. We often wonder who does the thinking for something like this. Interesting sign that says please visit our other locations. Well, what happens if we don't want to visit those other locations that are out of our way? Bye Starbucks!

The person who took my order missed everything I asked for. I asked for a drink without whip cream but the whip cream was there. I was charged me for something I did not ask without confirming the order and blaming me for wearing a mask. She made the scene like I’m the villain by wearing mask. I am under the weather so I am wearing the mask to not spread any germs but she was rude to point that out that she couldn’t hear me because of the mask. Not to mention she was reacting with the attitude. If so, why hasn’t she confirm my order before assuming and putting through and charged me? I am normally not this type of person to write a bad review but this was a very disappointing experience and I can’t handle the rudeness. I also work customer service over 15years and you don’t treat and guilt a customer this way. She needs to get the customer excellence course or education re-done.
