I was shocked to see flies swarming inside the pastry case. When I notified the staff, they casually mentioned they were aware of the issue and don’t use any of the pastries in that case. Whether you sell them or not, it’s still a serious health hazard. This lack of care is unacceptable.
I read another review written a month ago and it seems this is STILL an issue.

I was planning to buy something for breakfast here, but when I saw the lack of hygiene and saw those mosquitoes flying over those breads, I lost my appetite. That is disgusting and only shows the lack of hygiene in the place. #Nasty??????

Great place i just wish they called out the names so everyone dont have to be touching whats not theres and some dont see too good you know while i was waiting for my order thats what i could see other locations i went they call out your name Just saying. That could be improved

This is definitely the worst Starbucks out of all the locations in Westchester by far !!!! They always seem to mess up my order . I just ordered and iced soy chai and they made it hot . I told the manager I ordered it cold and instead of trying to fix the order he insisted I ordered it hot and it’s not the first time I complained to him from my order being wrong . I feel as a regular customer he should have just agreed and fixed it . Instead since I didn’t want to waste my energy and I was in a hurry I told him to just put it on ice . So he dumped half of it out to fill with ice !!! The manager here is the worst and the customer service is subpar at best !!!! Best Starbucks is in Scarsdale town, Iona , and N, Central Park Ave !!!!
