I was shocked to see flies swarming inside the pastry case. When I notified the staff, they casually mentioned they were aware of the issue and don’t use any of the pastries in that case. Whether you sell them or not, it’s still a serious health hazard. This lack of care is unacceptable.
I read another review written a month ago and it seems this is STILL an issue.

I was planning to buy something for breakfast here, but when I saw the lack of hygiene and saw those mosquitoes flying over those breads, I lost my appetite. That is disgusting and only shows the lack of hygiene in the place. #Nasty??????

Great place i just wish they called out the names so everyone dont have to be touching whats not theres and some dont see too good you know while i was waiting for my order thats what i could see other locations i went they call out your name Just saying. That could be improved

This is definitely the worst Starbucks out of all the locations in Westchester by far !!!! They always seem to mess up my order . I just ordered and iced soy chai and they made it hot . I told the manager I ordered it cold and instead of trying to fix the order he insisted I ordered it hot and it’s not the first time I complained to him from my order being wrong . I feel as a regular customer he should have just agreed and fixed it . Instead since I didn’t want to waste my energy and I was in a hurry I told him to just put it on ice . So he dumped half of it out to fill with ice !!! The manager here is the worst and the customer service is subpar at best !!!! Best Starbucks is in Scarsdale town, Iona , and N, Central Park Ave !!!!

The place it’s nice inside but its not clean at all… I will never do there agin. They have roaches I have seen it with my own eyes, broken and right, where they make the drinks to as a customer I got my drinks and paid for it and couldn’t even drink it after seeing the roach So sad because it’s a nice place and location…
I ordered blonde roast, but the clerk found it troublesome. She use pike place+ hot water to replace my Light roast coffee. I was really disappointed! ! ! ! ! I know that there are fewer people ordering lightly roasted coffee, and it may be troublesome to serve only one or two guests . But you offered this option, and I like lightly roasted coffee, so you should follow the rules instead of fooling customers.

My son went with his friend to order drinks. They couldn’t decide what to get and the cashier said to them “if you don’t know what you want just bring a recipe next time”. Horrible customer service and terrible way to treat a child.
