Went in at 4pm. Had the place to ourselves. Josh was all waiter. We both ordered BBQ. Wife ordered bucket of bones. Me chicken breast. We both loved the sauce. At the end, even the GM came over. Food was delicious and a very friendly staff.

Don’t waste your time or money here. They have a bunch a teenage kids working there with no manners who have no idea what they are doing. My partner and I came in on a Friday evening 5:30 pm. People were walking in seating themselves because all the workers were in the back joking around instead of working. Sitting for over 20 min no one offers us water or takes our order . We call over someone and ask who our waiter is , the female asks another sever and she says I’m not taking that table and laughs . We walked out . Never coming here again

We called a few places and TGI Friday’s was the only one to give us a reservation for 20 peeps on Saturday nite!Desire was hostess and server and she was amazing quite accommodating to a large diverse….annoying.. group !We had a great time !
Vegetarian options: Had a beyond burger and awesome green beans
Kid-friendliness: Great kids menus fed then first

This isn't our first time at this particular TGIF. Its unfortunate that every time we go, it just keeps getting worse. We waited at the front end to be seated for about 4 minutes before the manager came out from the back to seat us. There was only 1 waitress during lunch, we got there around 3pm for an early dinner. The waitress was literally running from each table to the bar, to make all of the drinks herself and tend to the people eating at the bar. There was no help from the manager, except to tell her which particular table needed their check and he disappeared to the back again. A manager should roll up his sleeves and help the staff to run a restaurant smoothly. Later, after 15 mins, we were able to put our order in with a waiter who had just come in. Our order came to us wrong, which was unexpected because we were very clear and it was an easy order. The floors were sticky, and where we were going to be seated by the manager, smelled of urine and I asked to be seated elsewhere immediately. It's sad that management doesn't do better with scheduling (this is a repeat of the last time we went there). If you're not scheduling the right amount of people to work, at least help out on the floor with customers and stay on top of the restaurant cleanliness. Needless to say, it was strike 3 and we will not be back.

Bad service. Every single table that was seated after us was served their food before us. Our waiter did not do a good job. Did not refresh waters. Brought appetizers out without the correct sauce I had asked for. 3 meals were served but there was 4 people in our party. By the time her food was brought out the other 3 meals were cold. The worst experience I have ever had at a TGI Friday's.

Went with my child to one of our favorite spots! TGI Fridays has always been part of any celebrations we have! We have many fond memories and my child is 20 years old! So u can imagine! We always love from the moment we get greeted to when we leave. We were taken care of by Stephanie who was very nice and also very attentive. The food was delish! Came to our table nice and hot! The brownie obsession is soooo good!! That's our favorite! Of course we just love the whole vibe and energy this place has! Just take a minute to look at the walls! Very cool decor that u will love!! Always a classic and still one of the best places to go when ur visiting home!

Service was good but I sat by the bar and all I can smell was mildew. It really tuned me off from the great tasting food. I had to leave at this point. Hopefully they figure it out.

The food is a hit and a miss the servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is cool. The only real issue with this place is the cleanliness. They need to wipe their tables down better and the bathroom needs to be cleaned more often

Never coming back to this locatioI ordered a drink that the manager bought out which had lipstick on it.Manager replaced the glass but did not comp it. Than my friend ordered fish and chips and again the manager brought it out with half of the fish being bad. After I called the manager over I said this is the 2nd thing that went wrong you have to comp her mealHer meal was comped but not the wine. Played phone tag with manager for weeks. Please inspect utensils,glasses and food if you go here.
