Eh. it was just okay, the veal was a bit dry and chewy The sauce was very plain brown, almost out of a can. The service was impeccable until we asked for the check. two different waiters and a long time coming.

Tutta Bella staff is outstanding in every way. The decor & ambience are welcoming. Waitstaff treats you like they treat their own families. It is a consistent feel from visit to visit. The food is always exceptional with a wide range from pasta to veal to fish to chicken each dish was skillfully created. Desserts are made on premises and are heavenly! Note of thanks to management -our reservation was made very last minute. Party of 8 with a baby. Our preferred time was 7:30 but this was not available. I sent an email to the restaurant and asked if we could be moved closer to 7:30. I was so surprised to see you made this happen. In addition to all above you are caring. TuttaBella -simply amazing!

The restaurant has an intimate feel, broken up into sections by arches and step-up levels. Decor is not overdone, although the vines w/flowers crawling up the walls and on the ceiling are fake, they break up the space and provide a more private feel. The food had good flavor and the portions were large. Nice mix of traditional Italian selections on the menu from appetizers through dessert. Nice spot for a special meal with special people.

We often go here for special occasions. The food is very good. Our most recent experience was not. We found a hair in the appetizer. The waiter took the food back, but was not apologetic. It then took an extremely long time for a main courses to come out. The waiter never checked on us and it was hard to track him down. This is the type of place where you expect exceptional service (to justify the high prices), but our most recent experience was extremely lacking.

Soufflés are the best. Order 30 minutes before for the special flavors. Specials are usually worth trying. Prices have crept up over the last few years so it's approaching NYC prices.

Requested a corner table in our reservation to be able to catch up with friends and they couldn't have given us a better spot. Great, attentive and super friendly staff. Place was packed and humming with good vibes, albeit very loud. Food was good, but not outstanding. Ordered my favorite cavatelli; pasta was not al dente. Our meals were honestly all around a bit disappointing. Had higher expectations given it always seems to be packed.
