Broken Road BBQ is a huge improvement over the previous business at this location. The food is delicious and the service is friendly.
There was 6 of us , 1 table came in maybe 15 mins after, no one else in building. We waited an hour for food, Didn’t get any answers on how long it would be. After waiting so long , all my food was cold. And after saying it’s cold I got questioned. Will Not be recommending to anyone.
Try to order but can never get a hold of them. No answer and straight to voicemail. It’s a shame I’ve heard good things.
I went on a Ash Wednesday for lunch with 3 others. 2 had mac and cheese and 2 had salad with grilled shrimp. All were pleased. I had had a couple not so great meals there over a year ago. Thought I would give it another try.
great atmosphere, good food and a nice choice of beer.
Really aesthetically pleasing. Foods pretty good too
Great place!!! Great food!!! The two waitresses are sweethearts... And they're hot. Lol
Dinner and appetizers for three were served either room temperature or cold. Nothing like a lump of cold mashed potatoes with your lukewarm brisket or ribs to ruin your appetite. That was after we had to send the bowls of soup and chili back to be heated up. Best thing about the place was the waitress; she handled the difficult situation like a professional.
We had a quaint lunch date today and the service, food and atmosphere was great!
I really wanted to give 5 stars. The food tastes great but.....the service was BAD. Our waitress was also bartending and she hardly came back to check on my table. Food was cold when it came out. Sent it back and got microwaved and brought back. Really disappointed.

A friend of ours recommend this place as having the best burgers they ever ate. We are always in search of a good burger, so decided to try it. While there were many other items on the menu, we figured we must try the burgers, since that's why we went there in the first place. However, they also offered a fried chicken special that day. We decided to get that to go. We also tried their chili to go. The burgers were very good. Done as ordered, with plenty of very tasty fries to go along with it. My husband got the blue cheese burger and I got a regular burger, which came with lettuce, tomato and raw onion. I don't typically get a burger with those additions, but decided to try it, and liked it all. And, the brioche burger bun was also very tasty. See the picture attached. As to the take outs, we were a bit disappointed, but perhaps fried chicken is never as good when not eaten fresh out of the fryer. But, the batter had a bit of a sweet taste, which I didn't particularly like. My husband liked the chili, although didn't feel it was the best chili he's ever had. Indeed, the same day we bought this chili, we also bought another chili take out from the Roundhouse Bakery in Cambridge, NY and my husband preferred that chili more. One last piece of info: The place was attractive, rustic, with plenty of old signs to look at, but it was a bit chilly inside.
Fun, rustic decor with good barbque and amazing desserts.
Rustic atmosphere with pub food. Have had smoked wings, beef on wick, Philly cheese steak. All were tasty with nice quantity of food and side. Large bar with rustic wall panels and old style signage.
First visit was terrible, undercooked raw chicken special resulted in a $25 gift certificate. Three years later, passing by we decided to use the certificate. We herd they had new management so why not. My wife and son opted for the open face turkey with fries. Hot turkey sandwich was cold. My wife said she will never go here again. Im giving the average rating not a poor rating because the appetizers were good.
Lots of food. Steak was tender. Pulled pork delicious. Server was very friendly.
