The problem with the service is they make sandwiches right away even if you specify a pickup time. The website order process needs to be changed to add asap option (that they seem to do for all orders) or scheduled pickup.

So glad we got to order from here today. More than made up for yesterday's crappy delivery from the Hoosic Street Subway. Night and day difference. Thank you for being a good Subway that actually cares about your customers!

I had a Philly Cheese steak and it was delicious. I have not been in the store in a number of years and it has come a long way. Much more modern look and the quality of the food was better than it the past.
