The actual service with most of the girls who work their is fast, and accurate. The atmosphere gives off a judgmental vibe towards black people (in my opinion, because I've been there several times now, and every time felt the same) There's definitely at least 1 openly bigot girl there. She said hello with a smile to only the white customers. I watched, and she says you're welcome to only white customers, I know because I said thank you, and she ignored me. I said it again purposely loud enough for her to hear me. She ignored me again, and smiled at the walked away from the register.

This was my very first visit here and boy was I ever impressed with their products. I purchased a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese and 2 scones. Magnificent!!!
Great local bagels that are very delicious and fresh. I enjoy bagels and these are amazing for the area and beyond.
The service is friendly and fairly quick, even when parking lot is filled (really, if the lot is full the wait is not long, they work very well together to get you in and out). You can also eat in and just relax with a sandwich, coffee or something sweet.
Prices are very fair and reasonable, especially for the quality. I’d go here and feel better than fast food any morning.

Bagels and bakes is amazing! Everything that my family has tried has been great (bagels, breakfast sandwiches, cream cheese, cookies, danishes, muffins, coffee…) and the prices are crazy low. Service is fast (even when the line is out the door) and everyone that works there is super nice.
This is very delayed, but since it seems the owner reads all reviews ☺️ I want to give special recognition to the staff working April 27 - I was one week postpartum when I came in that morning and was exhausted - forgetting things, asking staff what I had already ordered, etc. and they were SO kind and patient with me. I always love bagels and bakes and the staff is always great but I will never forget the kindness of the staff that morning ☺️
