Order was messed up and we were overcharged. Lighs were flickering and the place was dirty. The bathroom door didn't close unless I picked it up. Not returning.
I am sitting in the parking lot as I type this waiting for my order to be completed still. I ordered online so I could do a few things and make it on time for my order. I came 4 minutes after my food should have been ready and here I am pushing 30 minutes after the pick up time my food still isn’t done. Staff less then helpful zero update on where my order is just that it exists. Will absolutely not be returning. I could have just gone and sat at a restaurant if I wanted to wait this long.
Order completely wrong. More than half our items missing. Cant even reach the store to get resolution. Poor business practices and borders on theft
Employees are very lazy.delivery order they takes more then 40 minutes.
I went to this location many time but what I saw today made me very uncomfortable a massive online order came and the worker there name Nati was hurrying to make them once the dough was done she took the order sheets from the dirty counter and threw them right on top of the fresh dough not to mention doing a very half ass job at making the pizza's the sauce spoons went from the sauce into the cheese if your gonna order online don't just go in watch them make you your pizza properly.
Update its 2025 and it's still a shit show order carry out and got burnt crust pizza. Garage location.
Terrible experience! I’m a frequent customer where I usually order in store. But tonight was different and I had to order through their website for delivery. Once my order was delivered we instantly knew something wasn’t right because there was only one pie and a box of cheesy bread. We ordered the 5 for $35 and an 11inch pie total $57. We immediately called the store several times to no avail. So we contact DoorDash and unfortunately they stated they couldn’t do anything about it since I ordered through blaze and once I did that they served as a third party. Unfortunately, because our vehicle wasn’t working (reason why we delivered) we had to get in an uber (wasn’t cheap and we don’t live nearby) to the store, we also brought the two items that was delivered to us. Keep in mind the order wasn’t securely taped it was open..unacceptable since we’re having it delivered to us. Once we get into the store, the young woman looked at us and turned her back to not make contact. I’m assuming because she saw we had an order in our hand and didn’t want to deal with why we were there. I got her attention and instantly greeted with an attitude and she seemed annoyed as I was explaining to her what happened. I showed her proof of my order etc. she asked me for my name and said “ oh here’s the rest of your order” I couldn’t believe she was giving me an order that’s been sitting there it was cold and didn’t look very pleasing. So I asked her can I get the order redone, she looked at me and said I can give you a refund for the pie and cheesy bread that we had and for us to take the other order that was sitting there. I said I rather not take a refund and I just want my food redone, she was pissed! She stated it wasn’t their fault it was the dasher fault and she proceeded to tell the other employees they had to remake it. I told her I’m not here to argue, I just got in a cab all the way here and just want what I paid for. She proceeded to whisper to her coworkers. I was more than patient and kind considering I had to take an uber there as well as back home. Where was the apology or anything? This wasn’t free food I was coming for..this was money that my husband and I spent to have good quality food that was supposed to be delivered to us. Paying for a delivery fee plus our pizza only for us to get in an uber there and back was frustrating. Spent close to $100 for something that was supposed to be done right in the first place. Please if anyone is thinking about ordering I suggest to order directly through door dash itself and not through blaze because if there is an issue with your order at least door dash can rectify the problem. You will NOT be able to get ahold of them via phone. I will add pictures on what I received..where was the safety tape that was supposed to close the order so it’s not messed with? Where was the rest of my order? Terrible all around. That’ll be great if someone can reach out to me because this wasn’t right.

The food was good, but my visit revealed several areas needing improvement. First, the exterior parking lot was a mess, with trash scattered around, which doesn’t make a great first impression. Inside, I noticed some cleanliness issues, which I’ve highlighted in the attached pictures.
Additionally, while dining, I overheard the two workers behind the counter openly complaining about staff calling out and discussing potential punishments. In my opinion, these conversations should be kept private and not shared within earshot of customers.
What concerned me most was witnessing both employees cough openly, without covering their mouths, directly in front of the topping containers after my pizzas were made. This raised significant hygiene concerns.
I hope management addresses these issues, both inside and outside, to ensure a cleaner and more professional experience for customers.

Our family stopped by this location tonight for dinner and had a great time. Many others had the same idea, as it was very busy. It really impressed us how well the staff maintained their composure and professionalism no matter how hectic it became. They did a fantastic job taking orders and preparing meals. In particular, John was juggling many tasks efficiently and while with a smile on his face and very pleasant demeanor. Kudos to your team!

Today I ordered Blaze for the first time in a long time and probably the last time. Here’s the gist of it: bad service, bad system, uncooked crust, but the pizza is tasty. Here’s how my experience. I ordered online around 12:30. It said it would be ready anywhere from 12:44-49. I ended up at the store at like 12:40ish. It’s not at the pick up counter I didn’t expect it to be because I was early. But I watch this Amazon driver at the counter waiting and no one comes up to her to take her order. The two staff are working on other orders for two other customers in line. I’m thinking that’s weird. She walks out at some point from being ignored. Shortly after, 3 customers come in, get their orders in, and get their food. By 12:51pm, I ask about the status of my order, she takes my name, and tells me they’re backed up on orders. Fine. I’ll wait. But another online order is completed and picked up by someone who wasn’t even in the store waiting. Another online person comes and has their order prepared before my eyes. By 1:05, when I’m fed up. I go and ask about my order again, just to be told that it’s going in now and it will take 5 minutes. By 1:10 I get my pizza and I’m on the road back to work, went past my allotted lunch time, and when I get to my desk, the crust is barely cooked. What a joy. I can barely pick the pizza up and I ordered it well done. I will say the pizza is tasty even with undercooked crust, it is. But it’s not worth this headache. I’m cooking my pizza some more as I write this.

I usually enjoy dining at Blaze Pizza, but this visit was disappointing. The restaurant was uncharacteristically dirty, and the pizza was soggy, which isn’t the norm for this location. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. Hoping for a better experience next time!

Ordered at 4:40pm on a Sunday and asked for a 5:45 pick up. Pizza wasn’t ready until 6:15. Pizza order wasn’t right and was cold. Staff on duty couldn’t have cared less. Beware..,,

Parking: Even has pull through spaces. Store checks to see if you left anything on the roof of your car before you leave.
