No hairnets or hats that are required per NYS law for food service . This place had zero people in it and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to make my pizza . Floors filthy . Do you own cleaning supplies ? AirPods while working ? Nope

Great place to eat and work at ! Lovely staff and the pizza is some of the best I’ve had besides when I interned in Italy for 3 weeks and a select few other spots in the US ! Highly recommend !

The store on state st in Schenectady is not the same.. There's a lady swinging her nasty pink hair all over the place..No hair net over opened food is crazy..Then there's a guy doing the dough while he's blasted... Definitely not the way it used to be...The first time I ever walked away from a blaze pizza!!!

I have now ordered online here 3 times. Every time I have been forced to wait at least 45 minutes past my pick up time. I come in at the time I’m supposed to be picking up my food and it’s not even prepped to go into the oven. Completely asinine. Update your system to at least say correct wait times or something because this is totally unacceptable.

First time here and won't be coming back again. Like what others are saying, it's just overall dirty. Dirty outside, dirty inside. My pizza was under cooked, the dough literally falling apart. The wait is ridiculous. I saw people just leaving, a total of 5 just leave because the workers are so slow. People complaining about where their pizza was for this picking up their orders. No sense of urgency or attempt to be clean, friendly, or provide a quality pizza. Never again....

The cross-eyed guy making the pizzas doesn’t know what he is doing and more worried about the game on his phone than making your pizza. The place was filthy, food all over the place. The guy was also touching his face while making food. Place used to be good to come too

Went last week, again no order and after asking for refund. The girls behind the counter weren't able to. Then refused to make my pizza, so im out a pizza and the price i paid for the lunch special. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME AND GO TO THE CLIFTON PARK LOCATION. They r 10xs better in all ways.
New management now and its a shame. Pick up order was made incorrectly and 20 mins late. The 2 girls were to busy outside smoking cigarettes as i could see them as i pulled into the parking lot. Will stay away now and go to the Clifton Park location, which will have an effect on how many times I visit

The pizza is always made to my liking.. sometimes extra cheese on a bad day, and sometimes less cheese on a cheat day, every time my way. Tell them you want it crispy or extra crispy, yummy!! Either way, delicious! Plenty of toppings and dough to choose from. Any time I've gone there, the staff is very friendly and polite. The place is always clean, tables wiped down. The music system is terrible, lol, but not enough to complain about. Plenty of drink choices, both bottled and fountain.. They also have Great deserts and salads. One of my 8yr olds best place to go for pizza.

Absolutely filthy both inside and out. The parking lot if full of trash. Rat traps behind the building rear entrance. Dumpsters overflowing. Trash blowing everywhere. We walked in and walked right back out. Heavy smell of Clorox in the air. The place was empty and there was food and trash everywhere. I’m sure they are going to reply with “Thanks for bringing this to our attention”. Whoever owns this doesn’t care folks. Stay away! It’s nasty.

We love the Blaze Pizza where we live so we happily gave this one a visit while traveling. We were disappointed how little the company cares about it. While at our location, they have no less then 4 people running the show, here there were only two women attending to everything in the restaurant. This made for a long line and very slow service. When an order ended up wrong for a gluten free friend, the wait time also grew. All in all we were there almost 2 hours for a party of 10 to receive food. The restaurant also was unkempt as well as the bathroom, but of course it was because this location does not provide enough employees for a Sunday lunch.
The kitchen seemed very organized.
