If I could give a 0 I would two guys was playing basketball ball with paper and a trash can not taking orders made us wait 10 mins then went and did something else this was at 215 pm today smh

I couldn't tell you how the food was because I stood for 11 minutes at the counter eager to place an order - with no success. The one employee that was working was more interested in shooting baskets with rolled up paper than waiting on me. I literally walked out and he probably did not notice me leave. In fairness, this lack of respect for the customer is rapidly everywhere.

I have been to Blaze on a few occasions and it was very good. So some time has passed and we visited… It was horrible! The pizza was NOT good!!! The servers let us stand there for a time before taking our order (no one else was there). The floor was so dirty cheese crumbs burnt pizza it was disgusting!! We will not be returning.

"Consistently Satisfying Pizza Experience"I've frequented this pizza shop several times, and I must say, the pizza never disappoints. The crust is always hot and crunchy, just the way I like it. The variety of toppings ensures there's something for everyone's taste buds. However, I've noticed that the wait times can be a bit unpredictable; sometimes, I'm in and out in a flash, while other times, I find myself waiting longer than expected. The food quality is definitely the highlight here, but I have to admit, the customer service could use some improvement. The employees are neither exceptionally friendly nor overtly rude; they're just average. A smile or a greeting would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. Also they speak very softly and as a veteran it makes it hard to hear them sometimes and when asked to speak a little louder the guys at the stove asking question about my pizza get upset because I can’t physically hear them. Overall, if you're craving a reliably good pizza and don't mind the occasional wait or lackluster service, this place is worth a visit.

The service I've received here has been unmatched and unexpected. Everyone behind the counter was outstandingly helpful, positive, and fun! Thank you guys for making our night Isaac is the absolute man, I can't express enough how kind and fun he was. The rest of the staff was amazing as well, I just didn't catch their names. This was the most fun I've ever had simply ordering dinner, wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

This place is great. The pizza is very good and the staff was more than happy to accommodate all of our requests. Especially the dude with the bucket hat, he's cool. Pretty reasonable prices too.
