The food I ordered was good but things can be improved. Please make sure you remove all of the scales from the steamed snapper. As tasty as it was I was, spitting out all of the scales was a disappointment. The provisions were ok ,tasted like they were old/ overcooked. The snapper was tasty and the veggies were fresh. I would try something else

I will never eat or see oxtails the same again, not only was the service here super slow and took forever to get any order ready, the oxtails made me and my family so sick with diarrhea and vomiting that I will never look at another one the same again! I do not recommend this place to eat

Delicious food. I absolutely loved the jerk chicken and the sauce that came with it. The chicken was spicy but not too spicy. Plantain was good. Portion was perfect. I will be back, and I do recommend trying Blue Flame.

Tonight was my first time eating here and everything was amazinggg , food tasted just like home and I’ve been needing a restaurant that tasted like home when my family isn’t in the mood to cook and this restaurant was the BEST !! I had to come back cause I forgot to mention the price .. my god the price is amazing and it’s worth it. I’m so tired of going places and spending $20 on a small and i get more sides than meat. But here ?! You’re so getting your moneys worth and you’re getting an amazing amount of meat with a great amount of sides !! Love them and I’ll be back

Went there for the first time today and was glad I did. Food was very good and tasty. I got the goat roti and it was wonderful. I also got the steamed red snapper and the fish was cooked just right. I hate overcooked fish but this wasn't. I am a fan and will be going back. Best Jamaican food in all of Schenectady.
