, I don’t come very often as I move back and forth to Schenectady a lot, and today was my first time in two years, upon walking in the people at the front seemed to be annoyed, and of course it’s been awhile since I’ve been in so I was looking for something good on the menu, the women with the red wine hair and glasses seemed a bit impatient and honestly not my problem, I had to stare at the menu because it kept changing, I ended up ordering a create your own bowl because it was just easier for me, my bowl came out good though 👍

The location itself is great. The online rewards service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Your account may be deleted at any time without warning, you can attempt to sign in just to be locked out by entering security codes as prompted, and the website and app do not function unless you order as a guest and forgo rewards. This is infuriating, I hope it can be addressed.

Loved my delicious protein recovery smoothie made with coconut milk instead of almond milk! The atmosphere and customer service were fantastic. It would be even better if smoothies came with these new eco-friendly Cup Cucoon napkin sleeves. These sleeves not only make cold drinks more comfortable to hold, but they also unfold into biodegradable napkins—perfect for handling spills or condensation. Keep up the great work and consider offering Cup Cucoons!

Food was fresh and fast, cheaper than SubWay. The menu is a LOT the first time, so take your time. Had the spicy chicken grain bowl, recommended (but maybe swap out the romaine for some quinoa? Hmm)

Great food, but too expensive
We have been going to Bowled for roughly a year (due to convenience after late night work outs). 3/4 times the employees mess up your order. Everytime we order two bowls, they mix the ingredients from the two separate bowls, with neither being what you asked for. We got a double chicken build your own as well as a double steak build your own. They gave both bowls regular steak and missed a topping from each bowl. Decent atmosphere, terrible service, prepare for a 50/50 chance your bowl will be something different than what you ordered.

I like the build your own bowls, the kids like the smoothie bowls. The chocolate one is especially good as long as you also like banana.
*However, last time I went I got the wraps. I did this instead of bowl to save the plastic and I was on the run so I thought it would be easier/quicker to eat than a bowl. Boy was I wrong! The wrap was way to thick, was essentially not actually wrapped (was apart when opening silver covering), and everything fell out immediately. Plus the sauce was not in it...?I did not ask for sauce on the side..
Vegetarian options: All the smoothie bowls are vegetarian obviously and there are grain bowl options with protein as well.
Parking: Plenty, large lot
Kid-friendliness: Most kids love smoothie bowls as they are sweet/all fruit

We saw a “Bowled” sign from the main roadway and wondered what it could be. We took the chance and stopped for a quick bite. There’s a large selection of food here with healthy nutrition as the focus. The avocado toast was excellent. Great find, I wish there was one in Rochester, NY.

I would not buy food here. There were a lot of flies inside and upon grabbing my order I noticed over the counter there were a couple flies on the chicken as well (if you only knew what flies do when the land on food) and I ordered a chicken wrap I threw that out by the way won’t come to this location again one in Albany is cleaner
Please don't go here! Ive had the worst case of food poisoning since having a mediocre acai bowl from there yesterday. This place is a liability and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I wouldn't feed their food to the homeless.
