Originally, I had ordered from a different pizza place around the corner, and my husband went to this location by mistake as he did not see my texts letting him know I was going to order from a different place. He ordered a large pepperoni pizza and waited for it. It was ready in 10 minutes as they knew of the misunderstanding and didn’t want him to wait. The pizza was so good, probably the best pizza I’ve ever had in the area. They also gave us a free slice of Sicilian pizza. The employees were super nice and accommodating even though I was being a little annoyed at my husband on speakerphone for going to the wrong place. Not sure why they have bad reviews, the pizza was super thin with foldable slices, great sauce, tasty pepperoni, and a crisp bottom when you bite into it, it had that “crisp” it’s supposed to have. Try this place, you will not regret it. Sorry for being a little emo on speaker!! ❤️🍕(I did call the other place as soon as I found out and let them know we wouldn’t be picking up their pizza due to a misunderstanding.)

All I can say is WOW!! Absolutely one of the best calzones I’ve ever had. The flavor with the mozzarella and ricotta is a perfect balance. Requested eggplant, significant pairing. The calzone within itself tasted like a cheesy eggplant Parmesan. 100//1000 recommend.

Called an ordered a pizza, was told give them about an hour. 1hour and 35 minutes later and a phone call to the store. We received a cold pizza. They are becoming unreliable.

Broadway Joe's usually has huge slices and decent wings but I ordered a delivery and was disappointed. Pizza was cold, boneless wings with garlic parm was not done right. They were overcooked and unpleasant. I am disappointed.

Our usual pizza place was closed Sunday. Broadway Joe’s is close so we decided to give it a try. I called, placed my order and the guy told me , I thought, see you in 15 minutes. I repeated “15 minutes “ he said yes. I showed up and was told they had at least a 30 minute backlog. I told them what the guy said and the guy in charge said 50 minutes and told the guy who took my order to be clearer when giving people time. They told me that since I was there they would bump up my order and make my pizza next. 20 minutes later I was on my way. All that was to explain my experience. It was worth the wait. We moved to Rotterdam from NC two years ago and this the best pizza we’ve had since being here. I now have a new “usual “ place to get pizza thanks to the folks at Broadway Joe’s. Will definitely be going back.
Their Sicilian pizza is one of the best in the area, highly recommend stopping by this place if you have not already. A bit of a tight squeeze at the front door and not much parking so do make sure to order ahead of time to save yourself trouble.

We had the pleasure of working with Broadway Joe's to cater an Italian feast for the teachers and staff at Jefferson Elementary School of Schalmont, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, Broadway Joe's exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The food was absolutely incredible. The baked ziti, meatballs, sausage & peppers, roast italian chicken & potatoes arrived hot, the salads were fresh and crisp, and the loaves of italian bread were fantastic. It was clear that a lot of love and expertise went into each and every item on the menu.
But it wasn't just the food that impressed us. The service was outstanding. The team at Broadway Joe's, especially Ross, was professional, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. They took care of every detail, allowing us to focus on celebrating our amazing teachers and staff without any worries.
If you're looking for a catering service that will go above and beyond to make your event extraordinary, look no further than Broadway Joe's. We can't recommend them highly enough!
