The Bagels are just like Long Island Bagels. I didn't think I'd be able to find any thing like them in upstate New York. They are wonderful. My husband absolutely loves the coffee. The service is even better than the bagels and coffee. Jeff and Randy were especially kind and helpful. We're only in this area when we come up to visit my son, but we will try to make it to Bruegger's on our way home every time we're up here from now on.
I can only say good things about the Union St Bruegger’s location! I have been a customer before, during, and after the Covid pandemic. Thank you for maintaining such a clean store with very courteous staff. See you soon!
I love this Bruegger's. The staff is always cheerful and coffee hot. Best dark roast in the area and the Western bagel sandwiches are to die for. Thank you.
