I ordered food for delivery. Food was delivered with the bag open and food box partially opened as well. I reported it to door dash immediately. I decided to call the store to inquire about the issue. When the lady at the BWW picked up she immediately asked if she could place me on hold, not an issue I waited. Wail I was waiting I realized they did not put me on hold but instead just put the phone down. During this “hold” I could overhear the the cashier and a lady named Maria “possibly my dasher” talking about me and how “inconvenient” (summarizing a bunch of disrespectful conversation) I was for reporting my food and how it arrived opened. Cashier picked phone back up and I let her know I overheard that entire conversation and I was the guy who reported his food and I now wanted to speak to the manager. (Insert disrespectful comments from cashier) Was told they weren’t in and I could call back tomorrow. The entire conversation was unpleasant and the cashier was snotty and rude when all I wanted to know is if they sealed my bag or not so I knew if I needed to take it up with the BWW or door dash. Probably one of the worst experience I’ve ever had with BWW. They definitely earned that one star review.

Ordered the 20 boneless chicken with fries deal and half the chicken was hard and old and the fries were completely hard and old.. the fact I love nomore than 10 mins from this place and my fries were cold let me know that they had them sitting around. Wasted $30 on maybe 8 pieces of chicken and no fries… will definitely going in from now on if this is how they treat they take out orders.

Your service depends on who is working! I was told by the short stubby white guy with glasses that he was not going to take my order because he was too busy. Every other time I’ve went it has been ok but to the owner I think you should know that’s how I was treated it was him and a light skinned guy with braids there that totally ignored me.
We’ve been frequenting the Buffalo Wild Wings in Crosstown Plaza a lot lately while working on opening our new business right next door — and every visit has been nothing short of fantastic. The manager here is truly exceptional: welcoming, professional, and always going above and beyond to make sure guests feel taken care of. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the food is consistently great. It’s become our go-to spot during this busy season, and we’re so glad to have them as neighbors. Highly recommend!

The female employee that was working last night did not have to be so rude to my wife and sister I ordered a few wings around 11:10 pm and did not see anything on the website that they do not take orders after 11pm we are sorry is that your policy. But according to the employee we are stupid and they had to cancel my order , but again you should not be working in customer service the way we talk to someone makes a whole world of difference.

This restaurant is a quaint joint that could be easily missed if you aren't looking for it. It's a small restaurant, but it has a home kitchen kind of feel to it. There is limited seating, with space for a few medium sized parties of 4-5, as well as some smaller 2 person groups. The menu has a solid selection of choices that are all VERY reasonably priced (even too cheap some might say). The service was a little slow, but the restaurant seems to be run by a family, and they are very apologetic. Of course, this wasn't a problem because you just knew the food was going to be freshly cooked. And fresh it was! The waitress was very kind, welcoming us and serving us with a smile. Our order came with a small salad and a vegetable soup which were both very tasty. We started out with some chicken wings which came out nice and crispy. The sauce on the side was a Burmese bbq which had a light kick and was very flavorful. We then had a dragon sushi roll which tasted very fresh. Finally, our main course, which for me was the drunken noodles with pork belly. This dish was packed with vegetables and piled high with delicious pork belly. It was very well seasoned and was cooked perfectly. The waitress wrapped up our meal with complimentary fried banana, or at least we think it was. It very well could have come with the meal, which for the price, still makes it seem complimentary. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. If you have some time and are wiling to wait a little longer than most other restaurants, you will be well rewarded with delicious food.

I placed a pickup order around 3:30 for 8:50pm the same night. I get there and my food was not there, I told the girl at the counter I had a pickup order. She said my order wasn’t there and then checked the register and found it. I ended up waiting another 40 mins. While I was there, the phone was ringing, she finally picked up and placed them on hold but did not come back to them. Everyone that came in after me got their food no problem. It’s unacceptable to have a future order placed and still waiting another extra 40 mins when it should have been placed for the pickup. I’m not looking for money back or a free order, just the customer service was very atrocious tonight by what I observed.
