My burger was abnormally salty like that put extra salt on purpose. I ordered the same burger yesterday and it was fine. I asked fir my tots to be fresh and they must of been mad because our burgers were not edible.

Their is young a Caucasus manager that works at this burger king location, who.is very unhinged and disrespectful to people of different ethnicities. Had this individual use fowel language all because I made a large order for my kids and then when I question her about why are you cursing and shouting she then refused to give me my kids food, this is really out of hand, no one regardless of ethnicity shouldn't be forced to deal with this type of behavior and energy especially when they are spending their hard earned money. Burger King shouldn't have people like this working at their establishments, she needs to be fired. Retraining a person like this is a waste of money, she is unhinged and shouldn't be working with the general public. I wouldn't recommend this burger king at this location on Altamont ave in schenectady ny to anyone or their families. Burger King needs to be held responsible for their staff and their behaviors.

The cleanest fast food place there is. Floors, tables, garbage areas, inside and out was clean. Amen. The staff there was excellent on my visit today for lunch, #2, Double whopper meal. Food is always great. It is nice to go to a place where kids aren't running and screaming as you are trying to eat. Even the parking lot was clean. Prices there are reasonable for a fast food place. Congrats to the managers there for keeping this place up to snuff. 👍👍👍

We went through the drive thru, the speaker girl was rude and short with responses. It seemed like we were annoying her by being there. Then we got our drinks at the window and were told to pull up past the window to wait for the food. We ordered burgers and nuggets, nothing crazy. We should have been served before the three people behind us. That is how fast food works.
