I had the steak burrito fajita, the steak was over over cooked. I couldn't even swallow it had to chew it and spit out, also hah nachos Supreme..yuck I've never had puree beef meat and the shredded chicken was disgusting along with what was salsa was bland and watery paid almost 40 bucks for 2 things that wasn't Mexican food, that's an insult...this was my first time getting food from casa and my last..

Great tasting food! The portions were incredible, at a really competitive price point. Will absolutely be returning here!

We have been to Casa Real so many times and it has really gone downhill. Food was less than average. I ordered a combo meal. Both items were the same on my plate. I could have sent it back, but then my husband and I would be eating at separate times while waiting for my meal. Service was adequate. Neither of the servers were pleasant. They gave the impression that they did not want to be there. The shining star was a young girl who is clearing tables, offering more soda and filling tortilla chips dishes. She was so kind, friendly, and bubbly. There are too many outstanding restaurants in our area. I won't be back.

The food is consistently good and the service is friendly and prompt. I go fairly regularly. My go to is "La Bandera", which is three different enchiladas, rice and salad. I enjoy the homemade chips and salsa. If you like spice, pay a bit extra and get their housemate hot sauce. Splurge and get the bowl of guacamole. So chunky and fresh.

Tonight was our first time here. The reviews sounded promising and good. Experience ehhh not so much.
The inside of the restaurant was nice. Our waitress ehh maybe she was burnt out tonight. We told her it was our first time I asked some things on the menu she sighed a few times so I just ended up picking out the burrito real with beef. My kiddo pepperoni pizza and my husband got a steak Hawaiian chalupa and asked for NO CHEESE the waitress said "k" food came out the burrito wasn't what I expected, had no seasoning flavor, rice tasted bland, the beef tasted like the ground beef from a food pantry or baby food texture. My husband's meal had cheese all over the chalupa. My kids meal can't mess that up. Over priced for some low quality food. Taco bell tastes better.... Our waitress took a very very very long time to come back to our table so we would know where to pay since when we asked where do you pay when she handed us the bill she mumbled the answer and with the music we couldn't hear her.
We will not be giving this place a second chance.
Such a let down the reviews and family and friends like it here maybe we got lucky and had an off day but still no thank you. Not again.

This is just an ok chain type place, not what I would call real home style food. Made for the masses, seems like a good gathering place to have a drink.
