I always have a great meal when we come here. I love their enchiladas, tacos, burritos, chile rellenos, salsa and rice and beans. They have the best house margarita on the rocks with salt too.

Had Super Chimichanga, with one each of chicken, beef, and shrimp. Everything was delicious, and service was excellent as well. Peach margarita and churros were great too. Highly recommend!

When Casa Real opened on Altamont Ave with wine and beer at $4-5, I visited 2-3 times every month. Abd I brought family and neighborhood gatherings once or twice a year. But your prices of $6.99 for draft beer and $11.99 for low-grade house wines are completely ridiculous! Your prices exceed costs at fine local restaurants. Assuming 36 visits at $50 annually, plus two group celebrations costing $200-300 annually, you are losing around $2400 in potential business and your employees are losing at least $480 in tips. Once you adjust costs for wine and beer I'll be back regularly. Until then - goodbye. There are too many great alternatives.

My wife and I frequent casa real and every time we go the service is always great the food always comes out fast and is always good wouldn’t want to go anywhere else we always leave with leftovers

Please get better shipping containers for DoorDash!!!

Your tacos are great but they arrive very soggy because your plastic containers are fully sealed and the tacos are just steaming themselves.

Please get a better shipping container that allows the steam to be released a bit

This was our first time. We are visiting our daughter and grand son so we went out for dinner. My husband and I are dealing with dental treatments; we ordered the Steak Charro...it looked good but we were disappointed since the quality of meat was not the best, we found some tendons and ligaments. Also the food is served in a very hot plate (which is great) but also has a liner of aluminum foil between the food and the plate. We needed to cut the meat in smaller pieces so we ended up chewing some of the aluminum foil until I decided to take it all apart. What a terrible experience. We wonder what is the purpose of the aluminum foil under the food. Taking the time to give a feedback is an opportunity for the restaurant to get better and retain customers. worst food ever, one of our dishes had spoiled food, they refused to take it off the bill. Our waitress,, never brought the water i asked for, never checked on how our food was,, will never go there again
