This was m first time ordering from here and i was unsure if everything was halal or only some items, the chef assured me that are 100% halal and strive to provide great service which was exceptional. The food was so delicious. I am very impressed and I most certainly will be ordering again.

Chapli and platters has great customer service and is very welcoming to both customers and delivery drivers picking up orders. I have been in there both as a driver and customer and am always greeted when walking in and accommodated everytime with any special requests i have asked for! I just placed an order on door dash and called just to confirm they received my notes for my order and unfortunately made a mistake while ordering as I normally pick up and they were happy to fix my order without me replacing the order! 10/10 would recommended! Thanks so much!

Got delivery and food was really fast. Steak and cheese could of used a more traditional sauce but was good.
Chicken, fries, and rice are great!
Mozzarella sticks are good but not amazing, tomato sauce they provided was ice cold.

Coming in, the atmosphere is very chill and welcoming and the eating space is well kept and aesthetically appealing. The gentlemen behind the counter give great service and make wonderful food while staying perfectly friendly. Great spot to eat, will definitely come here again!!

Best chicken cheese steak in upstate! Portions were great for the price. Fries were fresh, bread wasn't soggy and they threw in a free soft drink. Atmosphere was bright and inviting. The restaurant was freshly cleaned and the staff were very welcoming. Definitely worth coming here if your hungry for Halal.
