Our family has been eating here for almost a decade. If there is something wrong or you're not satisfied the restaurant will figure a way to compromise with you. I always recommend this restaurant.

Extremely disappointed didn't e even order. The kady answering the phone waa extremely rude and when i asked fornthe sauce on the sidr she screamed at me saying i cant get the sauce on the side i said can i get it without the sauce she they dont do that there... And i hung up so rude
Terrible owners who will short you on your food and make u you feel like you did something wrong, I had to send multiple receipts and bank statements but for them to credit then the food they shorted me -10/10 would not recommend
They have a new ordering system for delivery and my order was never delivered. The women hung up on me when I called and when I called back she told me she would call the company and call me back and never did. Last time ordering from there and I used to order for there a lot.
the owners of this resturant are really nice. we have been going there since we moved to this area 7 years ago. however unsure if it's the reuse of old meat or cost etc but the past few times we ordered from them the meat taste bad, like it's spoiled and we tried it mutiple times incase it was a 1 time event. however it has continued to happen were we assume at this point that they are using spoiled meat that didn't sell. we are no longer ordering here because of safety and health concerns.
Nasty shrimp smelled bad. Spicy is not spicy. Smell your food before leaving or paying

We will be ordering again! I ordered here based off a recommendation from my best friend, she and her boyfriend love this place. I was late to pick up my order and they were so nice about it, and my food was still super fresh and great!
My family moved to Rotterdam and we liked this place for a while (despite the cpl instances of overcooked sweet and sour chicken) but then they started to change things that was not correctly reflected in their online ordering. This has happened 3 times so far where we have submitted and paid for an order and received something different. They tell us it's on their new menu but it's not online and they did not even call to tell us after the order was submitted of the changes or that we wouldn't be getting what we actually ordered. It has been great time between each order we thought things would have been corrected. After paying the $3 delivery fee and tip we still had to go to the restaurant and get our order straightened out each time, and they aren't kind about correcting their own mistakes.

Since when do they not honor the coupons printed on the menu? One of them told me they haven't used coupons since 2022, even though I used one last Christmas Eve. Either way, wouldn't you throw in a couple lousy egg rolls on a 50 dollar order to keep a customer? I canceled and will not be ordering there again.
