Service was not well coordinated and we were charged 10.00 for our water at the table!

We had a delicious dinner on a Saturday night. Delicious food, excellent service and great ambiance-kinda hip and cozy and classy. We’ve eaten here many times for dinner or brunch and it’s consistently delicious. They truly do serve the BEST pot roast!

Just dined at Daley’s on Friday night to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary! My husband and I always go to either Crooked Lake, (when it was open in the fall those few times), or Yates to celebrate because it reminds us of the amazing wedding we had at Crooked Lake! Not only was the food and atmosphere amazing as always, but we ran into the owners who treated us like royalty and helped bring back our amazing wedding memories. We were so happy to see everyone and learn of the future wedding club they’re creating for past couples! We will continue to support all of their businesses because they’re amazing at what they do, and they really value their couples and guests. We appreciate everything! :)

First time trying this restaurant. We were sat in the lounge. Chairs were very comfortable. We could see the kitchen. My daughter has celiac disease and it can be nerve wracking trying new restaurants. The menu was VERY clear on what she could have. Which is a blessing. The server let the kitchen know even tho the items we ordered was always Gluten Free that she had an “allergy”. We heard the chef tell everyone in the kitchen that there is a gluten allergy and anyone handling her dishes needs to change gloves. He mentioned gluten allergy several times during the steps of her meal. This allowed her to feel comfortable.
The food was fantastic. We started with the seafood cakes and eggplant. Both were very delicious. Their sauce for the eggplant was top notch. We then both ordered the pot roast after reading so many positive reviews on it. It was amazing. My daughter jokingly said it would be her death row meal. Very good meal. Highly recommend.

Dietary restrictions: Fantastic gluten free options. Safe kitchen practices.

Dined there Saturday night and had a wonderful time. Great service, excellent ambiance, and quality service. We started with a round of cocktails while enjoying the bar space before moving to our table. Once at the table we then enjoyed a three course meal that was to die for, all plates left empty! We will certainly be returning for another memorable meal.

Everything we ordered was excellent! The pot roast was cooked to perfection, and the creme brule for dessert was heaven! The place is beautiful inside and the service was excellent!

Dietary restrictions: They have lots of gluten free options.

Went to Daley’s on Yates for Date Night, and was a little disappointed by the food quality. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to share, and for the price of the appetizers, I expected more. Anna’s meatballs tasted like they were frozen and the sauce was from a can, the bread was so small that came with it, it barely could pass as a side to the meatballs, the fried cauliflower was greasy and tasteless, and the pork belly appetizer was covered in a weird puree. The server was nice, the atmosphere of the restaurant is the best part, it looks gorgeous inside, but the food is a lot to be desired for $112; considering we had appetizers and 2 drinks. I’d pass on this place if I were you.

Our friends asked us to join them for their anniversary dinner @ Dalys on Friday evening. The restaurant was extremely busy, which is always a good sign. We did not have a reservation and we were surprised and appreciative when we were seated promptly. Our server Kevin appeared busy but approached us promptly and while he was polite and professional, he looked a bit stressed. He took our drink order and returned a couple of minutes later to explain it would just be a few more minutes before he returned with our drinks but wanted to inform us of the specials. We could see how busy it was so it seemed like the reasonable course of action. But it didn't take long before we realized the source of his stress and then that, unfortunately, became the focus of the entirety of our dining experience.

While our food did take an extended amount of time, when it came it was delicious. Besides, we had dinner and a show. We were surrounded by large groups of people who were rude and unruly and potentially had too much to drink. Two different groups of people appeared to be engaging each other in bad behavior, inciting hysteria and treating our server Kevin rude and disrespectfully. It was a full mob mentality and, had i owned the place, I would have asked both groups to leave. Fortunately for us, after about an hour straight of harassing the server and other various staff, they all left. But not before creating one last bit of chaos on their way out, trying to incite rage in other diners as they passed by.

To be honest, we were expecting a more "intimate" experience and the place was packed with large groups of people, which I think takes away from the overall experience. If I had come there with just my husband for a casual dinner, I would have felt completely overwhelmed by the disruptive groups of people. And I don't know what makes customers think they can treat the staff the way they did, but it leaves a bad taste in the mouths of other diners. Instead of walking away focusing on our great food, drinks and service, I can only focus on how terribly myself and my dinner mates felt for our server Kevin and the other staff.

I have to admit, I am hoping that at least one of those customers happens to stumble across this review and thinks twice before participating in that sort of behavior towards servers ever again. And I regret not saying something to the rude patrons before they walked out.

I can only hope that our generous gratuity offered some consolation at the end of that shift.

We had a great experience at Daley's for a special night out. So glad we sat at the bar where we served by Devin who was a mazing bartender and made outstanding cocktails. And the selection and quality of the food were also very good. Highly recommended!

I used to recommend this place to EVERYONE. Last night was super disappointing. I get that staff can call in and leave the managers and owners and patrons in the lurch, but we waited almost 2 hours to get our food, we waited forever to get any refills on just soda and water and when we brought it to the attention of the owner/manager because our waitress was MIA for about 40 minutes, she did not apologize or even acknowledge it at all. And we were nice about it, not jerks or anything but it was getting ridiculous and we pointed that out. Honestly that is what made it horrible. It was baffling that not one person even acknowledged how long everyone (not just us) were waiting for their food and drinks. Because of that alone, I will never recommend this place again. Oh and the food was mostly good. Husband’s steak majorly undercooked and friend had cheese on a sandwich that shouldn’t have had cheese on it and had to scrape it off.
