Horrible service in poor quality of food. The pancakes were well undercooked and the eggs instead of being sunny side up for Friday in a pan and hard to cut with a fork. Upon entering the restaurant there was only one person at the restaurant the server. We noticed we were sitting out our table for 45 minutes and we did not see a cook behind the counter. Finally it cook walked in the door put on an apron and came to the kitchen and cooked our order. But even so I still took him 20 minutes extra to get our food to us. And the restaurant was not very clean. You guys need to shut this place down it was horrible👎 and the server not even once came to us to apologize about the weight and after that she did not even talk to us until the cook walked in.
I was dining in at this location and ordered the Triple Juicy Burger and was informed that now they serve it as a double as the patty size increased from 8oz to 10oz. That makes zero sense, as it is advertised as a triple and if that's not the case it should be changed. Further, 8 x 3 = 24, 10 x 2 = 20. I'm being charge the same amount for 4oz's less. This is false advertising and is unacceptable.
I will say the staff was pleasant and professional otherwise this review would have been a one star.

I was hoping to give my elderly mom a good meal before I left town . I thought Dennys would be a perfect way to start the day. Unfortunately my order didn’t go through and I felt the hostesses treated me poorly. I ordered the meal twice and when I got it, unfortunately it wasn’t a pretty sight to look at. I wish I could upload a picture… it was horrible .Which made this one of my worst experiences ever at a Dennys restaurant

Manager and cooks are terrible!!! So rude to the waitresses and customers. Would not recommend!!! Very unprofessional.. steak was VERY undercooked, so were the eggs & hashbrowns! Absolutely disgusting

I haven’t even gotten my food yet and I’m already considering leaving. The restaurant is nearly empty, yet the service has been unbelievably slow and unpleasant. Our waiter, who is also the manager, didn’t take our drink orders for at least 20 minutes after we sat down. We still don’t have silverware, which is especially frustrating since I ordered a hot coffee and couldn’t even stir it.
After waiting about 35 minutes, we finally placed our food order, only for the manager to read nearly every order back incorrectly. When I politely clarified that I wanted my eggs over medium, I got a rude look in return. I’m not someone who typically leaves negative reviews since I understand people can have off days, but this was beyond that. The attitude, disorganization, and lack of basic service were unacceptable.
You can also sense the tension among the staff, which makes it clear the poor management is affecting everyone. I truly feel bad for the employees who have to work under such a toxic atmosphere. This was, without question, one of the worst run restaurants I have ever been to. Hopefully the food is at least somewhat redeeming after such an awful experience with the service.
UPDATE: My steak and eggs are undercooked (asked for medium on the steak and over medium and the eggs) and my hash browns are overcooked….at least the toast isn’t overcooked, just cold!

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I rarely write reviews, but my experience was so frustrating that I felt I had to share it.
When I walked in, our host was super friendly and helped us. We got sat and our waitress Diane was extremely unprofessional. when I finally did get assistance, the person helping me was rude and dismissive. It took 30 minutes to order our drinks, it was 45 minutes to being sat we still have yet to order our food or have silverware. After an hour we have ordered our food and still have not got it. Communication was poor, and no one took responsibility for the mistakes.
Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

The staff especially the manager Vanessa were absolutely amazing....I can't put into words how much I appreciate her for allowing me to stay as long as I did to be safe....She was extremely understanding & beyond accommodating....she checked up on me regularly & even helped me out on finding another spot to hang out until I was able to get my bus back home to Syracuse....Thank you Vanessa for everything....I truly appreciate it..oh and the food was very good...I had the brisket melt & onion rings...

DON'T GO HERE waited 30 to 45 min to get food AFTER ORDERING pancakes under cooked service was terrible never going again and not recommending anyone to go there
