The overall experience wasn't the greatest The food was mediocre and the service was horrendous I was sat down the waitress didn't even introduce herself then we had another waitress that didn't introduce herself come over after the first waitress brought drinks then she didn't even write down her order and then proceeded to mess up the order no one ever came to check if we need a drink refills or how her food was going or to even bring extra napkins. I kept seeing waitresses stand around but not do their job and there was maybe four to five tables in there so it wasn't busy for the amount of waitresses to tables.Overall wasn't the greatest experience and will not be going back

Ordered online and set the time for pick up for 1:30 I got there at about 1:40 for my order. I waited for about 10 minutes before I finally said something the lady (didn't get her name) asked me to wait she wpuld be with me I informed her that I ordered online and was just picking it up, and she said one moment so I waited. She came and finally asked the name on the order I told her she walked over to my order and said oh it's not ready yet. I stood there waiting and no one said anything for another 5 mIn inutes I finally asked another lady working for a refund, she asked what I ordered and the name I told her, and she walked over to the same bag the first lady said wasn't mine and brings me my order! At this point I don't want it I just want a refund! The first lady was very much rude and I WILL NOT order from this Danny’s on Nott St. ever again not to add it smells like urine near the bathrooms. The only positive was Bill the manager was helpful in assisting with my refund.

Came to this restaurant for breakfast after working all night and they’re not open, all the lights are on and they stuck a broom through the door so you can’t get in, then when we return to the car you can see the employees staring at you from inside. Horrible experience never again

My time here was lack luster are server was not attentive and me and my husband had to wait 15-20 minutes just for her to come over to us we were sat at a dirty table there was sticky stuff all over it on top of us waiting for 15-20 minutes are server was on her cellphone over all will not be coming back and don't waste your time

No service sat for almost a hour had to go find someone she barely knew how to ring up the smoothies we were drinking. Didn't smell of any food cooking the whole visit we sat there unattended to
This time I had a great experience here. The waitress was very nice, we got to sit on the other side away from the cold door away from everybody, we got a big booth. The round table, the food was amazing. It came out perfect time in the whole experience.This day was tremendous. Ow

Orderd Burger Den from Dennys and it was terrible. Soggy buns that mushed apart. Soggy onion rings dripping in oil. If your going to sell thick wavy fries make sure there cooked. And you forgot my girlfriends Diet Coke. Never again will I order from here.

Had a horrible experience. Will not be returning. Came in and was told to wait 30 minutes before we could get a table. So we waited. Had my husband and my 1 year old with me. Finally got seated and the waiter (Diana T) didn’t even offer us a high chair my husband had to go grab it himself. Table was filthy by the way. Then she walked away didn’t even ask us for our drink order. Came back like 15 minutes later took our order and left. Food took about an HOUR to arrive to us. She was very rude and made us feel very rushed like we were burdens. Never once came and asked us how we were doing or if we needed anything. Messed up our order and never gave us syrup. I had to ask. Then when we were leaving i paid and she very rudely handed me my receipt and didn’t even lock eyes with me or say thank you have a good day. Nothing. I don’t care if you’re tired and you hate your job, we all work and get tired. That’s not my problem. I’m thinking she’s probably racist. Horrible horrible customer service. Do not come here.
