I have been in many times and purchased the cream puffs from the case and they were moist and delicious. I ordered the XXX cake for my birthday during the week to be ready for Saturday pick up. We had the celebration Saturday evening . We followed the instructions and removed the cake from refrigerator several hours before serving. Whatever those instructions were for certainly made no difference. The cake was dry and the buttercream frosting was falling off of the cake . That cake was not made fresh !!! I was embarrassed and disappointed to say the least . I’ll be calling to let them know about how disappointed I was. 😞

Stopped by today as I was visiting the area. I had the cream puff and it was by far the best gluten free pastry I have ever had 💜 I wish I would have bought a few more. Definitely will stop by again when passing through.

I just moved to the area and was so excited. There was a gluten-free bakery near me. It has amazing variety and I am so happy I can buy bread. I could not even tell this was gluten-free bread we bought dinner rolls and a loaf of bread and they are amazing. I warm it up a little and it’s like You’re very own homemade fresh bread. I used to go to another bakery and I enjoyed their bread, but this is amazing. Well done! Can’t wait to try more.

My sis who has Celiacs took me here. It is absolutely wonderful. I don't follow a gluten free diet, but I actually prefer to eat anything they bake/make over any other bakery around here. Delicious. Creampuffs are best I ever had.
We had some guests with celiac coming to our wedding so we decided to go with Different Blend Bakery for our cake and it came out amazing! We loved the cake so much we’ve been back in several times to get other goodies, do not miss the macrons! Jessica was fantastic to work with and her team created the most beautiful cake for our day. Our guests were raving about how good the flavors were! We will definitely be back to try some more off the menu!

Unless it is a busy time of year, usually around the holidays, their case is stocked with a plethora of unique and tasty pastries.I have never been disappointed with anything that I have tried. Their ice cream cookie sandwiches and macaroons are exceptional each time I try a new flavor. Their bakers are experienced, and their products are amazing.This is not the most inexpensive bakery that I have visited, but the quality is worth a premium, especially with the fact that everything is gluten-free. I generally do not eat a gluten-free diet, but I would put their baked goods up against any other bakery in the area.I try not to visit often, but when I do, I always load up on the classics and try to try something new.
