I ordered a XXX Chocolate Cake or a special birthday cake. The Different Blend Team made the most delicious Gluten Free Chocolate cake and none of the guests knew that the cake was GF! The buttercream was perfect and not overly sweet. Thank You So Much Different Blend Bakery for a Birthday cake Right in the middle of the Holidays! 💜💜 Enjoy your time off, you all deserve the rest!

I have been in many times and purchased the cream puffs from the case and they were moist and delicious. I ordered the XXX cake for my birthday during the week to be ready for Saturday pick up. We had the celebration Saturday evening . We followed the instructions and removed the cake from refrigerator several hours before serving. Whatever those instructions were for certainly made no difference. The cake was dry and the buttercream frosting was falling off of the cake . That cake was not made fresh !!! I was embarrassed and disappointed to say the least . I’ll be calling to let them know about how disappointed I was. 😞

Stopped by today as I was visiting the area. I had the cream puff and it was by far the best gluten free pastry I have ever had 💜 I wish I would have bought a few more. Definitely will stop by again when passing through.

I just moved to the area and was so excited. There was a gluten-free bakery near me. It has amazing variety and I am so happy I can buy bread. I could not even tell this was gluten-free bread we bought dinner rolls and a loaf of bread and they are amazing. I warm it up a little and it’s like You’re very own homemade fresh bread. I used to go to another bakery and I enjoyed their bread, but this is amazing. Well done! Can’t wait to try more.

My sis who has Celiacs took me here. It is absolutely wonderful. I don't follow a gluten free diet, but I actually prefer to eat anything they bake/make over any other bakery around here. Delicious. Creampuffs are best I ever had.
