Ordered a Med coffee and they only filled it 3/4 full…plus I gave them a tip not knowing this when I picked it up. You always just expect it to be full when you order a coffee…I guess you have to ask for it here.

A cold grilled cheese sandwich??? Are you people for real? You can’t see this??? that when you’re handing out the window of the drive-through??????
The cheese was literally cold from being refrigerated.
Does someone need to remind you grilled cheese? This was two slices of bread with cold cheese between it,, Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

They are CONSTANTLY OUT OF DONUTS!!!! At 4 pm today they had 2 croissants and 4 munchkins in the case. They were open for another 5 hours!!!!! I made a comment to the manager that this is not very good for business and he just shrugged. No wonder they gave out free coupons at opening- they know they aren’t giving away anything. The worst

I never received my 10 piece munchkins & I order a grilled cheese sandwich & 1 side of the bread was very small & the other side was bigger. Only the larger size slice was grilled so most of the cheese ended up stuck to the box. The cheese on the inside had brown spots on it. Not very appealing!

The store may look nice and new but the people running it are a mess. They constantly run out of donuts early, weekdays and weekends. The staff is rude, even the supervisor. Orders are often wrong, and the food quality is questionable even for a Dunkin... Skip this location and go to Starbucks : (

They ran out of donuts on a Tuesday at 9am! I've tried weekends to and they run out before 10:30am! Why give out coupons for free donuts when you can't keep them in stock! Also, there is one lady who is extremely rude when you go in with your free donut coupon.

Today we took the opportunity to get free @Dunkin' donuts for a whole year at - 151 Vly Rd, Schenectady, NY 12309. We also have a different booklet from another Dunkin for free coffee for a whole year.
I will say it sucks you can only use it at the 1 location you originally got it from and not a different location.

Do NOT go tot his Dunkin. The self proclaimed manger is rude, dismissive, and even mean.
I tried to order some bagels in the drive thru and he interrupted me and talked over me. I tried to get two same bagels and before I got the words out he interrupted with, “we don’t have any.” I tried to order a latte. He said I was ordering wrong and I said - “it really seems like you don’t want to help me” and he interrupted me again and said “have a wonderful day.” I parked and got out of my car to try and order inside. He wouldn’t look at me or acknowledge me. I asked to speak to a manager and he said, “you’re looking at him.” And I asked, “why did you interrupt me and talk over me? This is my first time here and I was excited to see the new store and you won’t even look at me.” He said, “I’m a lineman I don’t have time to look at you. Have a wonderful day.” Each time I began to speak he simply interjected with, “have a nice day,” or something of the like and refused to let me order or finish a sentence.
I NEVER complain about service. This was shocking.

Do your self a favor and don’t go to this Dunkin, go someplace else instead.
They mess up every order, serve sour milk, and spoiled food. The eggs taste like cleaning solutions. For a new store I would expect better.
