Croissant was burnt and I asked for it to be toasted, they did not add the correct cheese and my cappuccino didnāt have anything that I requested in there, it was a Uber eats order and I donāt recommend. My sisters gf had ordered other stuff but i don't know about theirs.

iām very disappointed I ordered a ice coffee with just cream and they gave me 2 caramel swirls along with the cream. I definitely understand that people make mistakes but this happened a few times.

Convenient drive thru with fast service. Pumpkin spiced latte was delicious. It would be great if they started offering these new dual-use heat sleeves that unfold into napkins called Cup Cucoons instead of double-walled cups. Using these napkin sleeves would reduce single-use paper waste by 40% while also acting as a convenient napkin for food or in case of spills. Think about it Dunkin!

I will admit, I love Dunkinā Donuts. I prefer the one on State Street just because this location you say in order exactly how you want it they donāt give it to you that way and if you donāt look at the food at the counter, Supervisor will literally tell you Iām not replacing it. You walked out the door, I genuinely donāt like to come to this location and order food or coffee because they genuinely messed it up almost every single time but I donāt know if they got a new supervisor because the new lady was willing to remake the food so Iām willing to give them a four star actually a 4 because of the outstanding service the last time I was there.

Itās 5:46 am this place opens at 5 am doors was locked then she walks by looks at me and doesnāt proceed to unlock the door i usually come here sheās a short is woman with the dark blue shirt And thereās a dark blue suv parked outside with the license plate. Starting w FCA. I think that was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. āAlways run on dunkinā they say yeah right!
I love this Dunkinā Donuts. They always take good care of myself and my order. They have excellent deals on mobile orders. They provide fast service, even though they are always busy. The products are good and they have an excellent variety of options. I get ice for my water and it lasts a long time. The coffee is great it helps me start my day. The workers are phenomenal and always cheer me up when I encounter them. They do a good job of keeping the orders straight under a great amount of activity and stress and still bring a smile. I love these workers and they product they produce.
The Female āManagerā is RUDE ! This used to be my daily morning stop. I only order two items. She has to go out her way and interrupt me in the middle of my order. You canāt remember two items without interrupting ? I questioned her today, her response, itās her job to upsellā¦. Wait till I order my two items and ask if I want a third, DONāT Interrupt in the midst of my sentence !! RUDE,,, Cee U Next Tuesday

About my daughter had a father gift card and while I was in the area I went and she got two donuts which she was happy when I brought it back to her but I had to walk up the hill cuz I was at my other appointment but I like it there

This Dunkin' Donuts can barely hear what you're saying and vice versa. I come up there for one drink and they can't even get my drink, right? It would help if they actually repeated their orders.... The morning manager. Don't ask me how she has been there that long. She is a rude person.
