Stopped by at 6pm. Was told they close at 7 and they don’t brew coffee this late in the day.

Not that I asked them to brew a fresh pot. Was just told we close in an hour and “I’m not brewing a fresh pot”

Absolutely aweful they always get my order wrong no matter what and the only customization I ever do is no cheese and They will somehow mess that up i’m always waiting at the counter for atleast 5 mins while nobody comes and takes my order even when they’re not busy the employees always give an attitude for no reason, I am not the type of person who writes negative reviews but the service at this location is so terrible could not be any worse.

If I could give this place -100 stars I would. I have never experienced such HEINOUS customer service in my life. From the wait time just to place an order to the repulsive behavior from the people at the window and their manager. Arguing with the customer about what they ordered instead of fixing their mistake, giving unnecessary and vile attitude to us when we respectfully explained the difference in what we ordered to what we got. Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior from every employee. We simply wanted a coffee instead of a glass of milk and some kindness would have gone a long way.

I do not know how this place has so many stars. Poor customer service beyond disbelief. The owners know this. I am sure. No need to repeat what others are saying. 1 cup of coffee = 10 mins with a stinking attitude

My total came to be 10 dollars and I asked the worker if there was something wrong with my order he said no. Turns out, I was charged hash browns three times! The girl working with him had an attitude for no reason and she was cursing out loud in the store. Imagine there were kids in the store. Never going to this branch. This happened on 02/20 around 4pm.

If you are in a hurry, this is not the Dunkin for you UNLESS you order by the app and PICKUP INSIDE!! The drive thru here is ALWAYS backed up. The food is good but by the time you order and get to the pickup window, it's barely warm. I have used the Upside app here but since you pay with upside, you would need to go through the drive thru, because if you order inside, you have to us the kiosk, and you can't scan the app at the kiosk. The people here are friendly, but it's very understaffed. This location is at a round about and close by 2 hotels, one with a casino, so I'm sure that's why they are sooooo busy! Dunkin... hire more people for this location!!!
